Right now things are hard, really really hard, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Sometimes it feels like the world is never ending in the things it’s tossing our way which is what I want to talk about. It’s easy to become inwardly negative and frustrated with yourself as a creator because you aren’t performing at the top of your game, be it writing, coding, drawing, sculpting, cooking, or just the everyday things that you used to do in your life for work, hobby and passion. But please be kind to yourself now. Treat yourself with the kindness and respect you reserve for others because you deserve it too.
Creativity is not necessary for survival, most of our thoughts and time are going into just trying to survive. Creativity suffers when there is not the extra energy to put into those endeavors. It’s okay to rest, it’s okay to ask for help, it’s okay to feel. We will get where we need to go but it will be much easier if we are kind to ourselves.
Please remember if you don’t have the spoons, or muse, or any other name for ‘energy’ to create how you used to, that it’s okay! It’s okay to do things because you enjoy them, it’s okay to do things without needing to be at the top of your game. Do what makes you happy, what sparks creativity, joy, and releases that serotonin. Do what you love and the rest will follow.

This....100%!!!!
This is so true, I find that in this community people feel like they have to be perfect at all times and that just isn't fair to themselves. We all do this because we love writing and it's totally ok to just enjoy what is already there and just relax. In the end just make sure that your own expectations are reasonable, and that you give time to breathe. If you are having a good time, your best work will end up coming out anyways as you become refreshed and revigorated for future things you make.
