The war on Cybertron has came to earth, an Autobot duo have been sent to earth to provide recon to make way for Optimus Prime's team of Autobots and secure the expected Landing Zones, one of them is Stingray, a young Autobot placed under the command of Sentinel Prime who gave this mission to the young scout, the duo have been warned of heavy Decepticon activity on the planet, and that Decepticon commander Starscream has been detected by scans of the planet, their mission is to secure the LZ and gather intelligence of the numbers of the Decepticon forces and their final objective is to recover the Space Bridge hidden on the dwarf planet Pluto and bring it back online so that scattered Autobots can gather at earth and establish a new main base of operations to battle the Decepticon threat in the rest of the universe, they are the last hope of the Autobot race

Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
The world IS war, but there may be RPs that don't feature it. Warhammer Fantasy/40k, etc.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
