19 year old Rae hid her face in a cloak. Her small body fit right in, as if the cloak was floating. Her emerald eyes could be seen through the darkness that covered her face. Along the crowded street, no one would see her as a threat. Her strawberry blonde hair was tucked away, she was trying to not be seen.

The part of town she was in, was known for many dangerous things. People who lived her were thought that they were cursed, crazy, or mad. Rae did not live in this part of town, simply she was passing by. The dark aurora that was in the town did not discomfort her. It made her head burn, because the dark aurora was strong.

Rae began to make her way into an ally way. She hide her hands and she was slammed against a wall. A muscular body shape grabbed her and began to chock her. Rae gasped for air and tried to get away, it was useless. She then picked up her leg and kneed him. The guy stumbled back and Rae then punched him square in the face. He stumbled back and grabbed the knife in his pocket. Rae turned into a wolf and jumped onto him, getting slightly wounded by the knife. She bite into his neck, blood squirting out.

Rae stumbled back and looked at the guy. She realized he accident killed him, but stood there. She changed into a human, her hands stained with blood. " Please no.. " She turned and ran. A stand of her strawberry blonde hair feel onto the guys body. Rae ran through the city and made her way towards the forest.

Spero walked along the same sidewalk as Rae had before she turned down the alley way. Although he also did not live in the area, he liked to pass through it in case there was anybody whom a simple good deed, smile, or kind word could help. In a sense, he was just people watching. He made several turns around the area before walking along the sidewalk that bordered the forest. In the light he looked like a normal person, and he already acted like one, so nobody ever questioned him. He was watching an elderly woman across the street when a strawberry blonde girl came running towards the forest. Without seeing her, he continued forwards until the two of them collided.

Shaking in head, Spero quickly got up and held out his hand to the young lady, offering to help her back to her feet. "I'm so terribly sorry!" He exclaimed. "My eyes were diverted from my path and I did not see you. Are you alright miss?"

Rae fell back and hit the ground. She began to mutter. " Son of a b......... " Then she stopped to see the man. She took her hand out to rub her head. Her emerald eye looked into his and she noticed that her hands were covered in blood. Shit... She noticed that the man would have seen her hands. Hopefully he might think that it was her own blood, not the person who she had murdered. She pushed herself up and dusted herself off. Quickly, she slipped her hands into her cloak and rolled her eyes. " Sure, not like I just got ran over by you. " She gave him a disgusted look and looked at the forest. She wore a necklace, which now had a green substance around it.

Spero was a little taken aback by the girl's attitude, but he did not show it. As she brushed herself off, he quickly did the same to himself. Of course he noticed the blood, he just hadn't said anything until she finished speaking. "Are you alright miss?" He was still very formal, and it was hard to tell if he actually had an accent or not. "You are bloody, I do not think that that fall has done it. Are you hurt? Is that why you were running? You did go rather fast into me." His questions were sincere but to the guilty or paranoid they would feel like hammers.

Rae snarled and snapped at him. " So you think I should just tell a random stranger everything about me! " She turned and looked at her hands in the shadow of her cloak. Her emerald eyes looked over her corner of her eye. " Why were you running so fast then? You look like your trying to suck up to me? " She snarled and looked at him, her emerald eyes stared at him.

"Your attitude is perplexing, what have I done to upset you? I was only walking and watching an elderly woman to make sure she was okay, and we collided. I am by no means sucking up to you, nor do I suck up to anyone." The kindness of his words started to become hollow with an decrease of genuine kindness. Grey eyes stared back, a storm and a forest having a stand-off. Although he always tried to sound more proper, sometimes he just couldn't, and this was almost one of them.

Rae snarled and moved away from him. " Well, as I said before you kinda slammed into me. " Her emerald eyes stared at him, but she turned her head away. She looked at her hands and then say that a red aurora was coming from them. The blood on her hands stared to come off. Rae grinned, happily. She looked over her shoulder and smiled at the man. Her hands focusing the aurora in a ball like figure.

"On the contrary," Spero said, "I was walking while you were running and we collided." He gave her a smile back. "May I ask what is so amusing?"

Rae looked past the man towards the forest. Her body was small compared to the man. He was taller than her, weighed more, and probably had more strength. Although Rae was never taught self defense, she had tricks up her sleeve. Her hands which were stained in blood , which also had an a red sphere of aura in it, where hidden. She flicks her hand away, the aura leaving. She couldn't kill an innocent man, the other guy tried to take her away.. She had a reason to fight back so brutal, even if that meant killing him. She stopped slimming, she now had a stern look. " Why where you staring at a lady? " She says, curiosity taking over her body.

Spero looked over to the elderly lady who was not turning around the corner. "Well, the lady looked to be having trouble, so naturally I watched her to see if she would need any assistance. By the distance she has already covered it appears that she does not require it."
