He smiled up to her and kissed her cheek, taking her hand as he nodded, "Shall we go get her?"

She nodded biting her lip smiling and blushing "yes love.."

He watched her and smiled as he leaned back and held her tightly, "We can let Aphiel get her..I need to tell you something.."

She looked at him nodding "it's up to you love.."

He held her closely and hugged her closely to his chest, kissing her once more, "Love..."

She looked at him blushing tilting her head "yes?"

He watched her eyes, holding her closely and whispered, "No matter what in this war...you are the most important thing...ok?"

She nodded and blushed as she looked at him "I love you.."

He held her tightly and gave her a nod, "I love you too

She looked around then back at him " my parents they're close...and ready"

Laus gave her a nod, peering down the hallway as he took a deep breath, the world becoming silent between the two as he whispered, "To late..", an explosion richocheted down the hallway, rubble from the stone wall pouring as roars of men screaming sounded from outside. The entire castle was immediately engulfed in chaos, soldiers screaming at each other to raise the alarm. As the black armored clad armies of Laus charged towards the demons, a group of robed men ran through the hallway towards the fountain, as Laus peered back they set a seal over the door, remaining in place to defend their last hope with their lives. Dragons rose from the mountain tops, soaring down and into the castle courtyard as they struck soldiers in several strafes, demons using their beasts to their full potential. As volleys of arrows struck down from the castle turrets, large tiger like creatures charged forward, hell's fury in their truest form. The clash of beast and metal soon filled the entire castle. Laus quickly took Rosa's hand, running forth to make it back to their bedroom. With a single hand he cast aside those beasts who crossed his path, his strength unrivaled on the battlefield against the common infantry from below. As he swung the door open to his room, he set a shield in the doorway, beasts clanging and beating at the magical barrier as he turned and looked to her. Fear mixed with adrenaline took his eyes. As he took a deep breath, he murmured softly, "Rosa...No matter what...I lov-" his voice cut off as his eyes widened, that instant the barrier shattered. The Black Knight himself took a step forward, his helmet cast aside as his ebony locks swayed in the breeze produced by the ripping open of the castle walls. Laus extending his arm, the blade forming in his fingers as his glare deepened on the cold Knight's eyes. The rosary began to glow lightly as a helix of light coated the Marquess's blade. "Dear Marquess, I believe you understand the power of your foe, and that I will destroy you this time to achieve our final goal." Laus shook his head at the Knight's words, aiming the tip of his blade towards the Knight's eyes. "I can not be defeated..", he looked back towards Rosa and gave a nod, "I WILL not be defeated! Come try me!", the Marques charged, clashing his blade against the Knight who reacted with lightning speed to parry. The two exchanged blows, blocking each other at every turn. The Marquess was in awe at the speed of the Knight, his heavy black armor factored into his movement as if it were only cloth robes. The Knight groaned, his eyes narrowing as he spun, the blade came in horizontally towards Laus's head, taking all of this strength to block the blow, however it was not enough to save him from slamming into the wall. As Laus looked up, blood dripping from the side of his head, he saw the Knight approach Rosa. It took all the strength his body could summon just to stand, hobbling towards the Knight as he shook his head, "Touch her and die...I dont care who you are!" The Knight ignored to banter, opening his gauntlet and extending his hand towards Rosa, a flash occurring behind him as Aphiel stood. The rosary removed from his neck as he quickly set it over the Knights head and around his neck, time freezing in place. Laus hobbling, Aphiel being forced back from the rosary's reaction, Rosa peering on at the scene, and the Knight falling to his knees as he gripped the rosary. Time was frozen, and the scene etched itself into history.

Rosa looked at her father as he fell on his knees her dagger appearing slowly on her hand as her eyes cover in tears as she took a deep breath, seconds feeling like hours as she walk slowly towards him looking down at him as she grabbed her dagger with both her hands lifting it up in the air as she took another deep breath looking at Laus "Im sorry.." She whisper to him for she knew if she killed her father her soul would be lost forever her evil would take over leaving her in darkness but it was something she had to do she look at her father again as the tears started to run down her cheeks.

Laus's eyes widened suddenly, becoming unsure of her choice, "Rosa....Rosa who....ah...", he slumped against the wall, his eyes closing slowly

Rosa turned looking at her father biting her tongue to distracter from Laus knowing that if she killed her father and Laus died because of it she would be able to help him when turned to darkness "Laus.." she whisper as she looked down.

Laus looked up, groaning with squinted eyes as he crept closer to her, panting lightly and whispered, "The...rosary...use it here...", he groaned and collapsed, laying on his back as his breath slowed, the rosary glowing around them.

Rosa put her rosary around the Knights neck making both hers and Aphiels melt into his chest turning the darkness in the knight into light turning him into dust in front of her as she felt to her knees crying as she felt the darkness in her taking over no turning back from it.

Laus looked up, his eyes watering faintly as he moved towards her, sitting on his knees as he laid her back and took a slow breath, his hands resting along her chest, cupping her sides as he whispered faintly in a different language, the darkness reeled upwards, partially moving up his arms before slamming back into her body, "Damn!"

Rosa turned towards him her tears turning as black as night her eyes red, her wings turning demon-like as a creepy grin appeared on her face.

Laus's eyes widened as he sat back and started to stand, gripping against the rubbled wall around him as he turned his head, "A...Aphiel! Aphiel help!"

Rosa stood slowly stretching popping her neck looking around "well it looks like it was fun huh?"
