Laus looked towards her, rubbing her back slowly as her eyes turned, "Well? How are they love? From that smile it seems good.."

"They split.. they managed to pushback the knight some are hurt but everyones alive, Brother is with Ma" her eyes turned hazel again looking at Laus "so thats good" she looked down her smile disappearing "I just wish he was here..."

Laus tilted his head, nodding as he hugged her slowly, "He is here in spirit love... I...I may be able to restore him...but we need his body.."

A smile showed across her face again leaving just as fast "the knight" she sigh looking at him.

Laus stroked Rosa's cheek, giving her a soft smile, "The Knight..someone we have beaten once...you know we can again.."

Rosa nodded looking at him still pressing the sheets around her " I know but still..." She closed her eyes laying back on the bed again" I'm tired..." She yawned.

Laus gave her a nod, laying back beside her as his arm slipped over her under the covers, hugging her closely. "We are safe here for awhile...plenty of time to prepare and plan.."

She wrapped her arms around her waist "well I know that I just wish it was more time.." She said chuckling softly to herself, as the food came in she smiled as she was about to jump out of bed when a thought game to her "why were you feeling strange at the monastery?" She asked with seriousness on her voice.

Laus leaned up, nodding to the attendants as they bowed and left. He took a bite of the bacon and looked up to her, "I had...been there before.. A long long time ago..."

She took the bacon of his hand taking a bite as she hid her plate from him tilting her head looking at him " have you?...how come you didn't mention it?"

He grinned, taking a bite of the bacon just as she did, letting their lips lightly press, as he chewed and moved away, he looked away. "Its...not really important love.."

She looked at him for a moment as she grabbed the yogurt they brought up takings a spoon she looked at him hearing him speak as she lick the spoon she pointed it at him "don't hide things from me I hate that if you're gonna do that we might as well not speak at all"

He grinned, the spoons made his smile only grow more and more as he nodded and looks down, "Well...I was hired to retrieve and infant girl with Aphiel... he brought down the monastery's barrier and I went inside....When I saw you...I...I just couldnt take you as an infant...Aphiel and I left.."

She tilted her head then look down to the yogurt on her hand "guess they really wanted me dead huh?"

He nodded softly and whispered, "Only contract I never finished..."

"Gosh I feel special...but then why did you guys came back after so many years why am I so important that they need me death?" She asked as she kept eating her yogurt

Laus leaned back, "Aphiel is a powerful man, the reason for that power is because he is the same as you...you both are half angel, half demon, the only two left in existence after the hunting occurred..", he took a soft breath, "Quite a few angels committed the ultimate sin by loving a demon..but an equal number of demons broke away to have lives with angels...The angel you were mothered in by...well, she was one of the three leaders of the Arch-angels.."

Rosa looked at him nodding as she looked down again "Does that make you a sinner?" she asked in almost a whisper as she looked up her eyes turning black again seeing Ma' and Gael planning on attacking the knight "they're looking for a way to defeat him..."

Laus nodded softly, holding her hand as he stroked it slowly, "They will look...but they wont find the way...Only you have the way.."

"I failed remember and got Aphiel kill remember and I got you in danger and them remember?'" She pulled her hand away from his standing up still holding the sheets around her walking towards the window looking out "I don't seem to do anything right"
