If you're uncomfortable sharing the profiles themselves, maybe organize the info from them into a google doc to pass along? However, given the nature of the position you're applying for, it seems like a decent match.
If it were me, I'd create a professional portfolio with character concepts rather than link to a website. Maybe Canva.com has a template you can edit to look a bit more DND and attach as 'Character Concepts' / 'World-building Concepts' and writing examples.
I had a stint in recruitment and I have seen people legit include 'Furcadia' etc. in their CVs because they volunteer on there--not many business owners know what it is, or how it applies to the role, even in the tech/gaming industry. I think it's better to showcase independently and submit alongside your resume.
