TWD stands for the walking dead, in case you're just wondering. I want to talk to people about this new season! Surely more people have seen it, I can't be the only one on this website. This post will contain spoilers from this point on.
OK, WHAT THE HECK. The virus or whatever it is is mutating now, isn't it?! I bet anything it is. I mean, it was airborne before, but since it is a pathogen it's mutating and spreading and people aren't immune to that version, so those who can't fight it off (like poor Patrick) end up dead. I think that's something they experience with the flu in real life- the flu is constantly changing, or something like that.
I'm pretty positive it's mutating since it looks like the symptoms are different (bleeding from the eyes and nose and that kind of gross stuff) and it looks like it sets in faster. It couldn't have been a few hours since he started feeling bad to when he finally keeled over. I'm just wondering why he didn't go and actually tell someone he was feeling bad rather than just wandering around as a sweaty mess and end up dead in a section of the prison.
And the pig died too, so does it affect animals now too? Like, will there be zombie pigs and zombie cows? (If you know me and have read the novel I wrote in class, you'll get that reference xD)
That episode creeped me out, considering I'm a germophobe. It's freaking terrifying.
... The pig, Violet, died. Patrick died. Carl can't have nice things.

Well yes apparently it is evolving and rick noticed it on that one guy on the face and what not ..and that poor kid was the first one and thats how's going to start ... but hey as long as they Daryl and or Rick they will survive
I agree with vixen ^^^ aslong as daryl and rick are alive the main group should be fine. As far as the infection though it does seem to have mutated and i actually didnt notice the change until patrick died. i was too focused on that crazy lady rick was escorting because i thought she was a hybrid psycho zombie at first haha
Haha definitely agree with you kaotic that lady was kinda like out of nowhere but I love how rick saw her and he was about to walk away like whatever just anothee walker
haha yea its probably because she hasnt washed herself in weeks out of craziness and walked straight to the boar like she was going to have her own private feast.
no i dont think anyone did but you had to admit something was wrong with the whole story she gave rick i automatically thought it was trap even though i wanted rick to bring the crazy woman and her husband back haha
Yeah it was kinda suspicious it made no sense ..but hey we put up with ricks nervous breakdown why not that crazy lady right one more one less..still it makes no sense how they didnt noticed the sick pig or tend to her when they have a vet there you know
Yea that is true but we love rick we dont know that woman haha but you make some great points. I didnt even think about getting hershel to look at violet that wouldve been a good idea but i guess because everyone seen her as food there was no use in checking on it.
Still it was for Rick to be like hey the soon to be pork chops looks sick or hey I've never seen another walker with those eyes,
hahaha yea that is true he did slack on that, but you cant really blame him alot of people along with him got comfortable with the life that they live which is a good thing but also a bad thing with the examples you just used haha
Haha I know I dont blame him tho all they want is a normal live thats about to turn kinda like ugly hehe ..as long as rick and daryl dont die like I say its all good I guess.. well hope haha
yea i know i dont blame them and your right its about to get dangerous in the prison haha but hopefully they make it out ok like you said and on a side note the governor has to pay!!!haha
I actually stopped watching the show after season two, mostly because I found some of the characters to be unbearably annoying--mostly Lori and Andrea. But I've been itching to start watching it again, because I really did love season one, and I really want to see what happens to Daryl... And now your post has doubled my interest, LuciferBrimstone. I mean, the virus has mutated? Jeez, how much worse can it get? O_o My mom recorded it, I'll have to watch it soon...
Lol vix, I didn't even think of getting Hershel to look in on violet. That would've been the most sensible thing to do.
The bleeding eyes walker wouldn't really have been too noticeable tho; I mean, yeah, it's a little strange, but it's not a huge change and all walkers bleed at some point so it can just be shrugged off as something else. Viruses are really annoying in that way.
Yeah, there were characters in season two that were annoying, I'll give you that. Season three was better though; make sure you watch that first before going on to season four or there'll be some things in there that won't make sense. I'll try not to spoil it anymore for you, but yeah, it looks like the stupid thing's mutated.
