A human group stumbles upon a group of demons with their leader. The humans presume that the demons are rivals and try to capture them and sentence them to death. The demons are, in this case, not rivals. They are the Demonic Rebel Union (DRU). They are demons that rebelled against the Army of the Demonic Underworld.
Their leader, Parasol, is amongst the highest order of demon, being a pupil of one of the deadly sins. But they still rebel, even against their superior. Join us, and together we will fight against all demon kind.

Industrial revolution
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
