I'm looking for something fun and light hearted,something that most forgotten about. (Like undertale) for example or perhaps a cartoon(Doesn't have to be a cartoon that already exists) Whatever,I am very desperate at this point,I'm bored and hardly anything is in my inbox(Yes Im aware I haven't answered some) but that is because I either forget or I get lost in other rps.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.
Details: Freeform, paragraphs required, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.
