Dunno why but just recently got a big honkin' hankerin' for some alien sci-fi stuff! I don't really have much in the way of prompts or anything right at this moment, but if you have an idea or something I'd be all for helping add onto it and brainstorm some idea's!
(EDIT: There's 1 prompt I managed to come up with that I'm interested with but again, always open for suggestions!)

Characters
(No idea on character's atm, I'm sort of holding out to see what type of personality dynamic we can match char's up with.)
What I'm looking for--
- I'm looking for YOU to play the alien and myself as whatever else. (Might go for human, might go for hybrid, not sure yet) either way, I'm usually ALWAYS playing the alien, so it'd be a nice change of pace to play the opposing role y'know?
- 1-2 paragraphs at most. My starters are always long, don't worry.
- Reasonable response time (Once a day or week is fine)
- I prefer Discord but if you can't that's fine. It's optional.
- No godmods, overpowered characters, I'm looking for a 50/50 mutual obligation.
- Do not control my character's, leave enough room in your post for my character to react.
- I tend to try and reply at least once a week if I get super busy, if you're gone for a week and I'm still interested I will msg you. If I'm no longer interested in the rp I will tell you. I'm very straightforward so please don't take it personally if I say I don't want to continue. It's not you per-say more so than it's just my interest shifting again.
Location and Grounding

(I want my oc's to get off planet fyi, not just have yours crash on Earth for eternity. :v It ain't sci-fi without space!!)
Prompt
The enemy is just some random species of alien with no real name yet. They kidnap certain dominant species of certain planets they wanna invade in order to sniff out their weaknesses beforehand. Your alien oc was abducted and their planet was invaded by the enemy.
My oc is eventually abducted as well and is placed in confinement across from yours, where they both make up a plan in order to escape. And in doing so crash land on a different planet elsewhere, where they're forced to survive. Whether that just be from the elements or actual inhabitants can be up to you.
Either way this gives my character an incentive to try and take down the enemy, and maybe if you want it can also be your oc's incentive as well to aid them in their fight.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Modern
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.
