He nodded. "They're not just South American though, there are a couple North American subspecies and of course the Commons are all over the place. But that's besides the point. I'm a Belize Amphiptere." He grinned, looking rather pleased with himself. "Only found in Belize, I'm sort of a variation of a South American Amphiptere. I'm just a little bigger and golden instead of green."

Destery was still fascinated,he had noticed the wings were real.Hm,it seemed none of the four here were normal."cool" Destery said,hearing what he was telling the other person.

"Neat~" Eshe smiled, "That's really cool. But why are you here?"

"That, my friend, is personal," he told her as he sat down, folding his wings behind his back. It was; he didn't often tell people why he was a nomad. It was risky, it was dangerous, and it didn't earn him a lot of friends. Not that'd it matter anyways, he normally left them behind a few days after meeting them. He'd have to leave a few days from now, come to think of it. Just to be safe- he never could tell when the Dragonslayers were close until they were right on top of him. It was kinda annoying.

"Oh... Okay," she nodded, "Well... Um... Goodbye I guess?" she frowned, "It was nice talking to you," she turned and began walking away.

Destery stayed for a moment more then they had,he looked at the man,"so your nowhere near human?" He asked a obvious question,but still.

Oh God. Now he felt guilty. "I'm sorry, it's just something I don't like talking about. Touchy subject, you know. Lots of bad stuff surrounding it. But if you still wanna keep going, good luck to ya, and good night. Enjoy your treats and sugar." He sighed and watched Eshe a moment longer before looking over at Destery. "Nope. I'm a reptile, boy. Not a drop of human blood in me."

"That's cool" Destery said,starting to twirl his fake magic wand again."It seems like it would be cool,being whwt you are" he said.If a vampire had people hunting them down,he wouldn't be surprised if the guy before him had the same problem.Some little kids ran up to the two,Destery and Karang,"trick or treat!" They said.

"Oh, it is," he said with a serious nod. "Lots of cool stuff. Look at that pumpkin there, that's a perfect example." He turned to the little kids and held out the candy bowl, watching to see if they pulled out a trick or a treat.

Upon closer examination, the pumpkin wouldn't have any candles on it or anything, nothing that would give it its light. Yet it was still glowing warmly as if there was a fire in it, even though it wasn't hooked up to anything or had any candles or anything. It was weird, yes, but quite a simple spell on Karang's part.

Destery stopped twirling the wand in his fingers,and turned to look at the pumpkin,no candle,no cords,no light from any source he could see,it was amazing.
The kids got their candy,two got treats,one got tricked.Trick or treat,see kids,its not always fun and games.
