Plot
Mitsue,a young teenage mutant ninja lizard, just started patrolling around New York city,then he stumbles upon the ninja turtles whom have been captured by the Shredder, all of them are heavily injured and in need of help. Mitsue goes in with the help of other mutants Leatherhead,Karai(in snake form) and Dogpound. These guys used to work for the Shredder,but because he abused them so much,they quit and fought against Shredder.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
