I am looking for a Teen Titan rp, I would prefer if the canon characters were included, Ocs are welcomed as well, but even canon characters are needed for longer replies and character development along with possible friendships and relationships.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
Details: Freeform, paragraphs required, long-term RP partner preferred. Will be played one-on-one.
