She tilted her head, "Shouldn't we take the car home?" She smiled, "We can walk from there, like last time of course."
"Oh, right right," he nodded and took her back to his car then drove back to his cabin.
"Now lead the way," he laughed when they got out.
"Now lead the way," he laughed when they got out.
Hero slid out of the car on arrival, nodding her head as she began to lead him back towed het abode. She hummed slightly, as she stepped over the occasional root until they reached the 'house'. "I don't know how he likes new people, just saying."
He followed her and clasped his hands respectfully behind his back as they approached, "It's alright," he assured her, "I'll just be as polite as possible."
(oops, missed this!)
"Hm, Yeah. You're right." She opened, and stepped through the door. "GUARDIAN!" She called out, "I brought a guest?" She glanced about, waiting for him to materialise. Her hands gestured for Elemeno to enter, as she stood waiting.

El silently walked in and looked about the shack that Hero had the misfortune of calling home. He had no idea what her guardian might do, what it could do or what it might be.
A pale figure emerged from a room down the decrepit hallway, staggering towards the two. As it grew closer, it became apparent that it was in fact male and left a small trail of water that had soaked his slightly torn clothes. He turned his head slowly towards Elemeno, scanning him briefly before his mouth began to emulate speech silently.
"He says Hello," Hero translated, "Sort of." Despite her guardian's blank expression, he emitted a cold hostility.

"Unless he's speaking another language, I can read his lips," El smiled at Hero then at the strange apparition, "Hello... Sir? My name is Elemeno. It's a pleasure to meet you," he said politely and even bowed a little bit.
"He usually doesn't." The guardian responded to the introduction with a curt nod, before glancing to Hero and jerkily shrugging his shoulders. "I think he likes you!" Hero deducted.
"Doesn' what? Speak another language? Or speak Englush?" he asked Hero.
"Another language," she laughed a little, "He's kinda old. Aren't you?" She asked her Guardian.
'None of your business,' he mouthed back, turning his attention to Elemeno. 'You seem respectful enough.'

"Hero, may I please speak to him alone?" he asked with a slightly sheepish look. When she walked away, he turned to the apparition.
"It's my understanding that Hero has lived here her whole life? Or just part of it?"
"It's my understanding that Hero has lived here her whole life? Or just part of it?"
Hero nodded, and skipped off down the hallway. Her Guardian shifted slightly, watching her depart before looking back to El to respond to the question. 'A large part, yes. Since she was much smaller.'
"Well... This home isn't exactly... In suitable living condition. If you are okay with it, I would like to give her a new home... With me..." he blushed slightly, "And you are welcome to come as well. I just think that... Well, she deserves better than this for a home. And I'm willing to provide for her and care for her... I like her a lot... Maybe more than a lot. I just have this sort of overwhelming urge to be with her and make sure she's safe. I can't really explain it..." he sighed, "But is that alright with you? If she lives with me?"
( :o we're going in a bit strong??)
He was motionless for a moment, apparently considering the proposal in relative silence. 'No.' He shook his head, 'Its my job to take care of her. This is where she is safest. People have tried to take her before.' He glared towards Elemeno, 'I will improve the home. You do have more insight into that, than I do."

"My home is surrounded by magical weeping willows. Nothing evil can get in. And you can come with her. Please?" he asked again.
'I don't know you, and I don't trust you. Maybe if you prove yourself.'
"How can I do this?" he asked hopefully, "And what else could you want for her. It is a warm home, with all the amenities of the world. It is a clean bed and nice blankets for her at night and it is three meals a day. I understand that you want to take care of her, but can you not come with us? Are you somehow bound to this place?"
He shackled up angrily, 'This is where she belongs.' His face contorted into a snarl, 'You have no place in this.'
He frowned but didn't back down, "Why here though? This is... It's just a rundown shack... I think she deserves better."
