Hero returned to the forest a few days after Elemeno had left, a small bag in hand as she ventured into it in the hopes of either finding her friend or maybe something as interesting.

She might come across him in his wolf form, laying on a rock and letting the sun warm him up.

She found an area that was better lit than the other regions, and spotted the sunbaking wolf on the rock. She tilted her Hess and drew closer.

He quickly caught Hero's scent and heard her feet slowly moving. His ears pricked forwards and his tail wagged then he hopped off his rock and trotted happily towards her.

She smiled, "Hello there." She patted the massive dog on the head.

He licked her hand then began changing into a human.
"Hi," he smiled, "How are you?"

She took a step back, "Hiya!" she pocketed her hands into her pockets, "I'm good, I got bored at home so I went for a walk."

"Wanna go into town again?" he offered.

"Hm..." She looked thoughtful for a moment, "Of course!"

"Alright," he smiled, "Wanna walk or take my car?" he asked her and stretched his arms out.

"We can walk, if your car is too far out." She didn't particularly feel like walking to his house, not since her guardian was still kinda mad.

He nodded and smiled, "We can walk then." he shoved his hands in his pockets and began whistling quietly as they walked the distance to town.

Hero trotted alongside him, smiling softly and listening to the tune he was humming. "What song is that?"

(I've really got no idea but we should probably do further planning of some sort.)

"None in particular. Just humming," he shrugged and smiled down at her.

"Oh, I thought that people only hummed songs." She bit on the skin around her nails, "so, what did you do to make Guardian so grumpy?"

"I asked if he would let you move in with me... I offered him to come with you... He's pretty adamant about you staying I'm that old shed of a home though... He did say I could help to fix it up, but I don't know how much he'd be okay with that now."

"Oh, that'll do it. He's not really that fond of strangers as it is I suppose. He used to make me stay inside all day. I can't imagine how he'd feel about me staying somewhere else completely." She frowned, "He's a nervous Nancy."

"So I learned.... I said he e could come here too... Is he bound to that place somehow?"

"Don't be silly! Of course not." She frowned. "There's a lot to it, but he's an arse and won't tell me." She furrowed her brows, she was genuinely insulted sometimes that he didn't tell her everything. But he had to have a good reason. "Plus, I wasn't born here. How'd he get me if he's stuck here?" She smiled widely, apparently dismissing the unpleasant feelings.

"Fair enough," he nodded. Her bubbly attitude was infectious and he found himself smiling as well.
