She let out a yelp, swinging her legs a little. "WOAH! You're strong!" She squirmed a little, "I mean I expected you to be strong but still heh. Can you put me down please?" She smiled weakly, she wasn't sure what to make of being picked up.
He nodded again and gently set her on the ground ten began to change back into a human. It was another 30 seconds and he stretched and arched his back for a second before outing his shirt back on. His pants had somehow managed to morph into his body when he transformed.
"Sorry. I'm usually only in that form when I'm fighting someone. It's not exactly the best for hugging," he rubbed the back of his head.

She sat down onto the ground, her legs were a little too shaky to stand without him noticing. "It's alright, I bet you beat everyone in a fight. Not that it'd mutter, who'd take on a man wolf?" She stretched her arms.
"I'm actually a human most of the time. You need know who might want a wolf with my colors for a rug," he shrugged.
"EW! Who'd want to do that, that's just gross." She frowned, "People are just gross, wow."
"Wolf fur is pretty warm," he said, "I'd make a pretty good fur coat," El chuckled and looked up at the sky.
"Still gross." She followed his gaze up at the sky, looking at the clouds. "That one looks like a rabbit. Look!" She traced the shape with her index finger, "Ears, and it's little bunny tail." She smiled.
"You get pretty easily distracted, don't you?" he asked with a slight smirk.
She looked over to him, "What?" She smiled and laughed, "Yeah I do sometimes."
"Well, Miss Hero, would you like me to treat you to dinner? I make some pretty awesome hamburgers," he offered.
She perked up, "Dinner?!" She scrambled to her feet. "OH! I am hungry!" She rolled her fingers on her stomach, which gurgled lightly.
"Alright, follow me," he smiled and began leading her through the trees. It was about twenty minutes later they reached a decent sized cabin with two stories and a wrap around porch. Parked out in front was a silver, 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback with a single, solid black stripe on the right side of the top of the car that stretched from the grill to the spoiler.
"Home sweet home."
"Home sweet home."
Hero bounced along behind him, as they came to his house. She looked around. "Cool! Cabin in the woods." If she'd known better, this would've been the perfect time to question whether they were in a horror movie or the like. But none the less, she stayed stumped for a joke to say. She frowned slightly for a moment and gave up on the idea. She didn't exactly HAVE to make a terrible joke. "Nice car." She gestured to the old Ford.
"Thanks," he smiled, "I'm pretty proud of it," he said and held the door of the home open for her then walked in behind her.
For being relatively in the middle of nowhere, the house had pretty modern furnishings. There was a large, flat screen TV above a brick fire place and a nice, tan sofa facing it on the other side of an oak coffee table. There was an arm chair against the wall that also had a decent view of the TV.
Behind the couch was a small, circular table with four chairs around it and on the other shade of a wall was a nice kitchen with granite counters, a brand new fridge/freezer and an electric stove/oven. There was a sink and dishwasher and a microwave oven too.
"I'll show you upstairs later, if you want," he offered and opened the refrigerator then took out a lump of ground beef. "How hungry are you?"

She wandered in, gazing around the room. His furniture far outclassed the few she had back at her home. She also lived in an obscure location, but this house seemed so much more friendly and far less isolated than her own. She liked this house much better. She walked up to him, opening and shutting the microwave door curiously. "Hungry enough to eat a horse," she joked and then looked into his fridge. She observed the contents of the refrigerator curiously, "You?" She stepped back out of the road again and sat on the bench.
"Pretty hungry," he smiled at her and began mixing the meat with seasonings inside of a tin bowl and then he formed the meat into about five patties then he went and started the grill.L that was out on the deck.
She slipped off the bench and followed Elemeno out onto the deck, staring at the patties. "What'd you put in them?" She asked, tilting her body to look at what he was doing.
"Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and an egg," he said and tossed the patties onto the grill.
"They come in powders?" She asked, looking at the patties hungrily. She wasn't too familiar with cooking, her guardian being incessant that she eat only certain foods. Hero didn't like them much however.
"I guess you can grind almost everything into a powder, if it's dry enough," he mused and waited a few minutes before flipping the patties over.
