Bindi had been minding her own business, as these kinds of stories normally start. She had had a little bit of coffee by herself at the coffee shop on the corner, reading the paper and watching the people go by. Nothing fancy, just a lazy weekend for her. She'd have to go in to work day after tomorrow, so it was good for her to sit back and relax, at least for a few hours.

Now that it was getting dark, she had put the paper back on its stand and started the walk back home. She wasn't too worried about being alone at night; she could hold her own if some idiot decided to attack her, although those kinda of things rarely happened around here.

She was currently unaware of the figure following her, although that would change soon enough.

(I can change this last sentence if you have a different idea for them meeting.)

A teenager walked down the street.Hair black as night, and eyes as blue as the depths of the ocean bottom.The young man looked about the age of 17.He was paler then most 'normal' people around here in these parts, no nothing odd here, move along, move along, nothing to see, or was there? He looked at the ground as he walked, his hands in his hoodies pockets.Sweet night time, best time of the day, better than the ****ing daytime, that everybody says is 'beautiful' or 'lovely'.What a bunch of crap.He sensed presence of a young female. Blood wise of course, after all, bloodline scents are strong for vampires.But did he plan to attack, only time could tell my friend.

Originally Bindi was planning on ignoring the guy in the hoodie, although she watched him as she passed him in her peripheral vision. Something was off about him, she just couldn't quite tell what. Something about the way he was keeping his head down was suspicious... Hmm. She'd have to keep an eye out for him.

She continued her walk home, keeping mental track of how many blocks more there were. Not a lot; until then, she'd have to pass through one dimly area (bloody hell) and then she'd be in the relative safety of her neighborhood.

She was indeed a young female, turning twenty next year, but in no way was she defenseless. She might not have been the strongest girl in the world, but she was fast, and she knew how to throw a punch. Sebastian had better know what he was getting himself into if he chose to attack.

Sebastian looked up slightly once she had passed him.He began to follow her, was it wise, probably not.Was it obvious he was following HER in exact, nope, not in a single way, shape, or form.Most people would think he was a robber, a thief, just by the way he looked, how he was dressed.Could he make a meal, or a friend? He wasent exactly hungry at the moment though..so who knows, he might not get his as* kicked from here until the end of next week.MIGHT.

The native Australian stopped at the stop sign, looking both ways with a sigh. She couldn't think of any other way to detour around the darker area, so she might as well put her big-girl pants on and get it over with. Something about the darkness scared her though, something wasn't quite normal about it. She wasn't aware of the bloodsucker following her yet, either.

"Stop being such a wussy," she hissed to herself, putting her hands on her hips as she psyched herself up to cross the street. "A little bit o' darkness never hurt anyone."

That's not entirely accurate, Bindi, but if saying that makes you feel better, than by all means, say it.

He followed in shadows, keeping out of the dim, very dim lights of streetlights.The lights didn't do much, mostly just flickered, the died out, then flickered again showing off dim light, then during out again.Like a candle by a window, the wind blowing it out and a man with a match continuously lighting it.He wasent far behind the young lady,5 feet at the most. But it wasn't, once again, noticeable, much.

She never would've realized that Sebastian was there if she hadn't turned around. The paranoia getting the best of her, she decided to turn around to simply show herself that there was nothing there and there was nothing to worry about. However, instead she was met with the sight of the guy she had seen not five minutes ago, and he was much too close for comfort.

Doing her best to not let out an undignified squeak, she recoiled quickly, a fist drawing back instinctively and ready to fly if he even thought of doing something funny. "BACK OFF, WANKA!" she snarled aggressively, her thick Australian accent prominent in her speech, keen to let him know that she meant business. "Or I swear to God, I'm gonna hit you so hard it'll take you 'till next week to foind your bloody nose!"

Cute he thought.A human thought they could beat a vampire, HA! Maybe a little self confident but hey, who wouldn't be.It was hilarious! But did he show it.Of course not.He stopped walking.He looked at the girl with blue eyes, dark blue eyes.From an outer look, he appeared no threat.From an outer look he looked like an average, typical, weak, human.An overly pale human.

His darker blue eyes were met by her lighter brown ones, narrowed despite the lack of light in the area. She was calculating him, seeing how fast she could possibly run before he caught up to her, seeing how fast she could smack him if he attempted to make any kind of movement.

Slowly, a foot was brought back, getting her ready to bolt at any moment. She took a few deep breaths to calm herself, frowning at Sebastian.

"What're you lookin' at, creepah? I told you to back off."

"A lady" he answered in simple tone, what a smartass.His soft Russian accent could be heard in his voice.He figured none the less that she would bolt for it.True, a man dressed in dark clothes, at night, following behind a women, didn't make a great scene.What horrible timing.

Arms were crossed over her chest, an eyebrow raised as she got that annoyed look on her face most women get when they're really very annoyed at something stupid a man does.

"That sounds really perverted, thanks for that, mate," she said with a rather sarcastic tone of voice, tapping a foot slightly as she looked at him a moment longer. Then, a bit unexpectedly, she bolted toward what appeared to be the nearest source of light, which still seemed a decent distance away. If she could at least get within earshot she could start screaming to get someone's attention; she had very large lungs and could be rather loud when she wanted to be.

Normally the girl would've offered some final kind of rude statement, but she didn't want to waste any time playing around with this guy. Getting out of here in one piece was her top priority- she could worry about everything else later.

That one statement made his mouth drop slightly.He, seemed perverted..? He looked away from her with annoyance, "I'm not a pervert!" He said in a serious tone.Just before she bolted.He didn't follow.No, that would be awkward.If he stayed here, it would appear he was just a normal man, minding his bussiness, been to her, it would seem that way if he didn't follow.The vampire could wait.Besides, he wasent after anything she had.Blood, maybe later.

Feeling like her heart was about to burst from her chest from fear and the desperate running, Bindi looked over her shoulder once, catching a glimpse of Sebastian just standing there like a weirdo before running into someone else, quite literally.

It was some other guy standing there in the shadows, although he had come out a little when he saw the girl approaching. Bindi was tall, but compared to this guy she might as well have been a hobbit, and she bounced right off to him to the ground.

"BLOODY-" she began, although she was cut off by the guy in question.

"You alright, miss? Seem in an awful hurry," he asked, although there was something weird about the way he said it. He began to grin, showing longer and sharper than normal fangs- something wasn't right here.

"You're bloomin' jokin'," she gasped, quickly back pedaling from the vampire. Could this night get any weirder? Good Lord.

Sebastian could tell the man was a vampire, or at least something close,are you ****ing kidding me?! he questioned in his thoughts.Yeah, hell of a night already.For both him, and the girl.

Bindi scrabbled back to her feet, drawing a fist back again to defend herself- but damn, vampires were fast. Before she could even decide where to hit the guy, she had recieved a smack of her own, knocking her back to the ground. Then the vampire in question was on top of her, drawing a fingernail across her cheek to make her bleed.

"Sweet blood," he commented, sucking the little bit of blood off his thumb.

The Australian was letting out a stream of obscenities as she tried to free herself from the vampire's grasp, but he was much too strong for her. She couldn't bite him, he was too far away, her legs were all but useless at the moment, and her arms were pinned so beating the crud out of him was out of the question. There weren't a lot of options left, if any.

This was a pretty bad night. How did this even happen? She didn't even know.

Sebastian rolled his eyes, oh well, no point in letting this one die.Sebastian ran faster then lightning and tackled the vampire off of the girl, the two rolling away from the girl, and Sebastian letting go, laying on his stomach on the ground, he stood up.

The vampire was taken off guard, flailing for a moment as he tried to figure out what was going on. This gave Bindi enough time to get up and proceed to kick the crap out of the vampire. A final blow to the head finished knocking him out if he wasn't already out and she staggered back to catch her breath, leaning on her knees, the last few trickles of cusses escaping her lips before falling silent. Her gaze finally drifted back to Sebastian, eyes narrowed, a little wary but more confused than anything.

"What in the blazes... You know, I don't think I even want to know," she said with a sigh, bringing a hand to her cheek to stop the thin line of blood from trailing down her face. "Bloody hell."

Sebastian sighed, "seeing as though apparently we got off on the wrong foot.I did that to prove tha I am not a bad guy" he said, lying on that last part.He didn't say it in a flirting way, he didn't say it in a threatening way.Simple tone.Sebastian looked at the vampire that was out cold on the ground."That guy would have killed you," he said.Hopefully he wasent digging a bad hole deeper.He made sure he revealed nothing, no evidence, or facts that he was a vampire himself.

She sighed, her shoulders slumping as she looked down at the vampire again. "I can handle myself," she insisted with a frown, although now she wasn't entirely sure. This guy was way overpowered; she didn't know exactly why, though. "As for getting off on the wrong foot, you can say that again. Good Lord, boy, you can't just sneak up on people like a creepy git and expect them to like you. Jesus," she ranted, her gaze going angrily back up to Sebastian's. It softened after a moment though- it was too late for this. She could rip him a new one later.

"Anyways, thanks," she said with a sigh, rubbing her eyes with a hand to compose herself before scowling down at the vampire again, lost in thought.

He ignored looking at her "its not like I'm a stalker.Its not like a rapist.I'm just a typical highschool boy" he said clearing up foggy points."So, were good, right?" He asked.He didn't want some lady spreading rumors around the city that he was a perverted stalker.Even if she didn't know his name, she knew his looks, and that's all it took.The wind blew through his shaggy pitch black hair."The man will wake up soon, personally, I would leave, before then." He said.
