She chuckled softly and smiled lovingly at him while she slowly lift his head up kissing the top

He smiled up to her, nuzzling into the kiss before standing, walking towards as pile of leaves he kept in the corner as he dug through them slowly, biting carefully on a tender stem as he came back and sat in front of her, a rose between his fangs, whispering as best as he could, "Its the last one till Spring.."

She grabbed the rose smiling at him "it's beautiful ..thanks" she blushed as she walked towards the fire place again sitting while holding the rose.

He walked over towards her, curling up at her feet as he rested his head back on her lap, nuzzling her protectively, "It will get very cold tonight my love.."

She raised an eyebrow at him chuckling "I dont worry I have you dont I?..."

He looked up to her and smiled widely as he nodded and rested a paw in her hand, nuzzling against her stomach, "Till the ends of time and beyond..no force can separate us."

She nodded turning quickly to look at the window "Of course love"

He peered out the window with her and raises his ears, "Do you sense something?"

She shrugged "I thought I heard something..it might be just my imagination.. dont worry" she still look out the window while saying it.

Lobo growled softly, standing and sniffing the air, his eyes narrowing as he mumbled a single, low, hated word, "Bandits.."

She squeezed his paw looking at him shaking her head slowly "I dont think theyll dare...do you?"

He inhaled again, eyes narrowing blankly at the window as he brushed against her leg, "Luna... 3 men, one woman... bandits dont travel with women of their own kind.."

She looked at him fear in her eyes as she could almost feel the scars on her back burn again "thats strange.."

He looked up to her, nuzzling her hand with his maw to let her pet his thick fur, comforting her as he whispered, "I will not risk you..never again Luna.."

She smiled softly as he pet him "I know but I wont let you do this alone.. no matter what and you know that.."

He nodded and looked up in her eyes, "You will stay behind my protection at all times... yes?"

She nodded "But I wont let anything happen to you either ..."

He smiled, fangs showing against his lips as he nodded to the door and whispered back to her, the scar over his eye a reminder, "They wont ever..again.."

She stood up slowly nodding at him smiling "this wont be good...for them"

He smiled and nuzzled the door open, stepping outside and shook his fur to fluff it, peering back at her, "want to ride on my back? Itll save you from the snow and be faster.."
