Luna got up picking up her bow and knife looking at Lobo her hands shaking from the pain from grabbing the ropes "She left..but don't worry ...we'll find her..that's for damn sure" she said walking in the direction the girl ran.

Lobo paused, letting Luna turn back to face him. His eyes were large in the sunlight, slowly he shook his head as he nuzzled her leg, not making any motion, not doing anything but nuzzle against her leg in a form of his hug.

Luna looked up rolling her eyes sighing in annoyance, looking down at Lobo smiling softly nodding "Fine whatever you say Love…" She kissed the top of his head walking along his side "shall we go home?" she asked looking around waiting to see the man from earlier.

He nuzzled against her as they walked, nodding as he moved towards the direction of their home, as they walked, the feeling of someone watching them became more obvious, the twigs broke under Lobo's paws, causing a small noise that the man following used to cover up his advances. As Lobo halted in front of the cabin, he turned his head, ears perked defensively

Luna turned the same way looking back at Lobo "what is it? Whos there?" She asked barely able to hold her knife due to the wounds from the rope on her hands.

A man leaped from one tree, landing in front of the two as he stood slowly and peered at each one, "Sorry for the disturbance...", he leaned his hand down, petting Lobo softly as he looked at Rosa, "Your friend here...he saved me in a war quite a long time ago with a girl named Rosa...you looked familiar so I came by to see if it was her...I was wrong, though seems I found you guys in good time...Im Aphiel"

Luna smiled at him putting her knife down and her hand up at him just to close it right away in pain nodding at Aphiel "you did and i cannot tell you how thankful i am you helped us back there..Im Luna"

Aphiel shook her hand, smiling warmly to her as he walked with them back to the cabin, opening the door for the two, "Lobo here helped me a long time ago, so I like to return the favor..I take it you two are..together?"

Luna nodded smiling "Did he now? Well it sounds like him...and yes we are why?" She said as she got closer to Lobo as she looked at Aphiel.

Aphiel peered down, "How is it that old frail Marquess gets a beautiful girl and even the blasted wolf gets one!", he chuckled nad shook his head as Lobo growled softly at him. "Dont worry old boy, Im just glad you arent alone out here anymore.."

"That would never happen you can be sure of that " she smile at Lobo then looked at Aphiel "by the way what brought you here?"

Aphiel leaned back against the doorway, sliding an apple out of his satchel as he took a bite and spoke quietly, "I travel around, your old friend here owes me a small trinket, I just havent the time to collect it lately.."

Luna looked at Lobo raising an eyebrow "Explain.." She said as she sat on the couch putting her bow next to her looking at them both but staring at Aphiel "And why now?"

Aphiel grinned softly, watching as Lobo stood and walked towards the bedroom, coming back with a small box between his teeth. As Aphiel raised the box he gave a simple nod, "Just a piece of the past is all..take care you too, I think Ill be around..", the man walked towards the door, opening it as he faded into the air.

Luna looked at Aphiel as he left as she rubbed the back of her neck sighting looking back at Lobo "Im still waiting...explain...what was in that box"

Lobo rested his head on her lap as she sat, curling up at her side. His eyes peered up as he looked away, nodding down to a small notebook in the satchel Aphiel left, the notebook ahving been a diary. Inside, the passage that was marked read "I have given the wolf my ring. I will be travelling to realms I never dreamed of, and worry the ring would interfere with my travels. This ring is only meant for the one that means the most to me, however I feel like the old wolf will be an adequate guardian of my prized possession."

Luna read the passage bringing a smile and a blush to her face looking at Lobo "So that means he found the one that ring belongs to?" she said putting the notebook down resting her head on top of Lobos.

Lobo nodded, licking against Luna's hand affectionately as a smile chuckle escaped his lips, peering up to Luna, letting her see in his eyes how he was so satisfied with the woman he had, not wanting to trade her for anything.

Luna looked at him blushing rubbing her eyes and yawning smiling at him "Im tired my hands burn..Its been a really strange day" she said resting her head on top of Lobo closing her eyes slowly.

He smiled, nuzzling against her. As his warm fur pressed against her, he eased her into a sleep, letting them both rest on the couch snuggling together. A few hours later, the sun started to rise at it hit Lobo's face, he slowly raised his head and opened his eyes.
