Can you tell us more about what appeals to you about monsoon season?
How long have you been boxing? I *just* took up kickboxing myself about a week and a half ago. I'm having a lot of fun even though I'm still not any good at it.

Always happy to see a new face! Welcome! Hopefully you continue to feel at home. I am something of a newcomer here myself, but can say that nearly everyone I have met has been incredibly friendly and polite.
I can honestly say that you and I already share favorite seasons and it sounds like (from your past RPG experience) that we likely have similar story setting preferences! I am currently a huge fan of the modern/urban fantasy genre and all my characters/settings have at least some level of that woven into them. Feel free to look them over and send me a message if any of them inspire any ideas or interests for you!
Also feel free to send me a message about pretty much anything else! I am always looking for new friends around here whether or not we end up with similar enough interests to start a story.

To answer your questions Kim:
Monsson season is one of my favorite seasons because of an occurrence I had some years ago. on a family trip. It rarely rains where I live so experiencing rain at all and rain thats warm was a very magical experience to me as a kid. It brought a lot of comfort and inspiration to me during that time and I would love to experience it again.
I haven't been doing boxing long either! About a year but then I stopped because of the 'you know what' lol. I finally got to pick it up again with the help of VR and some equipment I got as a gift. Its not the same but I really enjoy it.

That makes sense. So it's not about actual monsoons so much as enjoying rain?
And, yeah, I've yet to take a single in person kickboxing class. It's all been online videos for me. I really enjoy it though.
