Xeron had only appeared here a week ago and the security around here finally figured out that he got in here by unknown means. If he hadn't felt so weak this kingdom's guards probably wouldn't have beaten him so easily. It was amazing he got away though, at least his legs were still working. Maybe he could find a way to pay the guards off, make them ignore him for a bit. No, that would lead to them visiting him weekly, if not daily, to get more money. He's had too much experience with that sort of thing before.
Xeron ducked behind a cart by a shop. One of the guards split from the group to loudly knock on that shop's door. "Open up, you old fool," the guard whispered to himself. If the guard even turned it's head too much to the right, he would see Xeron, he had to act fast. This guard was wearing heavy armor, so none of Xeron's weapons could pierce it. "Maybe if I went for an attack using spiritual energy to nullify his legs. Well, that would render him immobile for a while, but it wouldn't do what I need to, he'd just yell out to others," Xeron thought.
Xeron grabbed a wooden plank that was sitting behind him, he was glad this shop was constantly under repairs. Xeron walked crouched over to the guard who still didn't manage to see him, those tiny eye holes in the helmet don't do much for peripheral vision. Xeron punched directly forward at the side of the man's hip, denting the armor slightly, but there was something else that dented far more than the armor. After the punch, the guard fell to the ground, with his legs being crippled, the man stood for more than a second in shock, wondering what just happened. Then, giving the guard no more time to ponder, Xeron hit him in the head with the wooden plank, rendering him unconscious.
"I have to make myself some sort of cloak or something, those seem to be popular and I need to blend in. I really kinda want to stay int his world more, I like it, if not the people that reside here," Xeron whispers to himself. Xeron's clothing was strange for a place like this, it stood out well. Which was one of the reasons why it was so odd that the guards only figured out that Xeron wasn't from around here. Xeron sighed and made his way to the nearby tavern, he already knew his way around this place and so far, the only things he's made are enemies.
He would get a bite to eat at the tavern, pay them and leave. He didn't like to talk to many people at this particular place, they were usually drunken idiots, or just plain idiots that didn't show an inkling of intelligence. The only time he's judged people harsh and they were from taverns, Xeron chuckles under his breath as he enters the place, takes a seat, and orders.
((Hope this is the sort of thing yer lookin' for1 ^^ And, uh, if you've got ideas of what to name this topic, I may need some, cuz I will rename it if I need to.))";
