Giving Jackson an apprehensive look, Alicyia watched as the man put something into the ground. She couldn't even describe it since it looked like nothing she'd ever seen before. Unless she counted what she had seen in her dreams. But whatever Jackson had put together somehow erupted up into a dome. Just in time, too, since the dust was starting to really fall outside. Alicyia had to shake her head at the marvel of it. "Could it be that you're from another world as well? First robots and now this!?"

While the dust storm was taking place outside, something else exciting was taking place inside the tavern's indoor bar. Due to the sudden gusts of loud wind, and the dust that started to sand blast the glass windows and wooden infrastructure, not unharmingly but not enough to break the foundation either, yet anyone caught outside was doomed, Toda knew he was stuck inside for a while with the other guests within.

Many of them were just drunk and looking for a fight. Toda had come to the right place at the right time. There were three bikers in black leather vests and blue denim jackets, four street thugs wearing purple clothes with bandanas on their heads, and a bartender in a suit and tie behind the bar who seemed innocent and harmless enough, if it wasn't for the large elephant rifle mounted on the wall behind him. Toda nodded quietly as the jukebox stopped and everyone else stared at him.

He grinned, placing his right hand slowly and casually on the hilt of his katana, gripping it gently while remaining relaxed, slowly approaching the bartender. He glanced over at the bikers before turning to look at the gangsters, ordered a sweet tea and took a seat at the bar stool. By the time the dust storm passed, Saigō Toda and the bartender were the only conscious ones left in the tavern. Everybody else at the bar was still alive and breathing, but had been knocked out cold by Saigō Toda as the bartender just watched in frozen amazement, as if a little bit entertained by Toda's ability to defeat all seven opponents in just the few minutes it took for the storm to pass.

Toda sat down at his bar stool again afterwards, apologizing for breaking the billiards pool stick as he set the broken stick on the counter and took a sip of sweet tea through his straw.

Lucius shrugged his shoulders. "Could be. I've actually traveled to different worlds myself, so it is a possiblity." He said as he sat down to wait for this dust storm to pass.

It didn't take long for the worst of the storm to pass but that didn't mean it wasn't impressive during its number of minutes. With just a strange structure between them and millions of particles of dust, Alicyia found herself outright in awe. "Wow," she breathed once the sound level allowed for it. There were still dangerous flurries but the wall had moved on, taking over the bar and eventually going further into the distance. "We're sure lucky that we ran into you, Jackson. Otherwise, me and Lucius would have been toast!" It didn't even matter where the man came from or if the thought of other worlds filled her with disbelief. These guys were awesome!

as the end of the storm came it brought night, as the began to darken i stand up and deactivate the protection dome and take it apart and put it in my bag, "We should head to that bar in the town, i saw that it has a inn mates, ya know rest up and then get on with our day tomarrow" i said as i stretched

Saigō Toda paid the bartender to compensate for the surprisingly small amount of damage that was done to the bar from brawling with the three bikers and four street thugs. He ordered another sweet tea and waited for the seven knuckleheads to wake up and regain their consciousness. As they slowly and dizzily started to come to, Toda grabbed them up individually by their arms and escorted them forcefully out of the bar, telling all of them never to come back. Although this would cost the bar some business, the fact was that they were all bullies and the bartender was relieved to get rid of the non-paying gangs who drove off his better customers. Toda ordered another sweet tea afterwards, offering to repaint the tavern and befriending the bartender. They began chatting until sunset, when Toda finally paid his tab and excused himself from the barstool, smiling politely. With that he bowed his head respectfully and left the bar, putting his sandals back on before stepping off of the porch and walking down the gravel road.

There looks to be a pile of bones, no one else seemed to notice. Occasionally tiny white eyes are seen to appear, look around then disappear

As were heading back we pass by asian warrior looking man that seemed to be determined to leave but as i heard the death wall's many little cluster storms it left behind i step in front of him stopping him so i could talk "Hey mate ya look like you got something to do but it'll have to wait those cluster storms are still rampaging and they'll kill ya in a instant, if your lucky come to the inn with us, i'll pay for your stay this town is the safest place right now it seems to have been built by some elamentalist because this is where the clusters dont touch and the wall disapates, so c'mon mate" i said with a reassuring smile.

Alicyia frowned as Jackson tried to lead them back to the town. “I admit that it’s gotten late and all, but going back now feels like too many steps backwards. If you want to head that way, you’re more than happy to.” She glanced at Lucius, wondering if he felt the same way. It made sense to run back when the storm seemed like it might kill them but now she had to admit that it would have wasted all of the time they spent walking until now. Shading her eyes, she considering the orange glow of the sun sitting just on the horizon.

“If we can find a place to set up camp in these crags here, I think it would be better. Lucius really wants to get to those mines so I’m inclined to stick with him. After all, a night outside never killed anyone!” Okay, it probably had, but that wasn’t the point. If they ran into trouble, they would just deal with it then. As Jackson left, she waved her hand and then set about making a camp. Even if she had to do it alone, she would do so with gusto!

"Don't worry, Alicyia! I'm not leaving my partner's side." Lucius smiled as her helped set up camp. "If anything shows up to attack, we'll take care of it ourselves!"

The skeleton had managed to leave the town, and unharmed at that. But soon after they had stumbled across their camp. Crap, need to appear not deadly. "Umm... hi? Please don't attack me I don't want blood on my hands, much less of 2 people who haven't done anything wrong so far"

"Alright," Alicyia breathed out in relief. "Partners 'til the end, then." She felt a bit bad that they didn't follow Jackson but she knew that guy had his own mission to chase after and with their various goals, it was likely that they would meet again. She would just have to make sure she didn't also lose track of Lucius.

Just as Alicyia finished unrolling her pack, a voice left her spinning, nearly dropping her staff in surprise. "What...who are you?!" she exclaimed. Someone, no, something small had wandered into their camp and seemed just as surprised as Alicyia. "Don't tell me a monster really did appear out here?!"

"Well that is rude, but I won't hurt any of you, as long as you don't attack me," Drans stated, feeling strangely calm, "and I am Drans. Would it be alright if I could know your name as well? Sorry for the scare earlier..."

Lucius smiled and nodded. "It's quite alright! My name is Lucius Maxwell. I'm a traveling warrior." He replied.

"I feel like I've heard of you before, but can't tell where..." Drans trailed off

Alicyia pouted, still feeling a bit uneasy about this strange skeleton person. Though, they were a bit cute so maybe they were alright. "I'm Alicyia," she finally stated as she offered a hand to Drans. "I'm a bounty hunter, so as long as you don't have a bounty out on you, we might as well share a camp for the night. But seriously, just what sort of creature are you? I haven't seen much besides humans in these parts!"

The night was very peaceful despite the storm clusters up until 6:26 that morning when a man came into town screaming that a "Giant monster of metal had destroyed my barn!" i then got up asked the man question and where he lived and i set off in my head i thought "OH HELL YEAH, things were finally coming together" despite the whole thing of Lucius and Alicyia not joining him back to town "Now i just gotta find this thing and i can meet back up with them" i said as i went into the desert

A few hours later i stumbled upon the metal figure about 20 yards from me, rummaging through the destroyed barn for .. something. I pulled out my repeater and looked down upon it through my scope and BLAM! the bullet flew through the air and into the robots knee as it let out a scream in reaction, then quickly i slung the rifle over my shoulders and started sprinting towards it drawing out a hilt of a sword.With a large ring at the bottom of the handle a smaller ring at the top underneath the sword guard that had a trigger and two smaller ring under it as i pulled the trigger a long 4.3 foot long blade shot out of the box shaped sword guard. At first being multipule pieces of metal connected through two rod on each side with a ball joint at the base and top then it snapped together as it compacted into a blade. Mere feet away i jump onto its back and slam the blade into its exposed neck cutting through tubes and wires, shutting the metal robot down. As i got up i pulled the trigger on my sword two times making it go limp and un-compact as it then started getting drawn back in flaing side to side as is went into the box shaped sword guard i put t away and pulled out a circular saw as i start taking of its chest plate and fixing the robot.

Finally fixing the robot it stood up looking at me and then around it seeing what it had done "Oh hey big guy its not your fault" and in all actuality it wasn't while fixing it i found out it was just following a directive giving to it almost 25 years ago. Now i am not your master you are not my underling we are partners we shall help each other out and not take advantage of each other got it?

I'm a skeleton, I thought it was simple. But yeah I looked on the board for bounties and saw a metal giant on there and that was all, as my head got kicked by a kid.
