"I'm an general practitioner who specialises in infectious diseases. I also have a couple of side jobs as many tend to do but that is on a need to know basis."

Not public service anymore, not for, um.... a really long time, but I still do it for more than my current team sometimes, if Her Eminence needs someone to lend an extra zoomy hand somewhere. Also, co-operative patients get cookies. It's a popular policy!"
