If you chuck a stack of watermelon and strawberries at me, I'll convert them to seeds and replant for you 
i've been doing them in sets, where i comeplete a harvest, store complete stacks and what's incomplete i convert into the next set. so, i don't have any stacks. once it's stored i'm not moving it for the sake of maths.

Might sneak some between rows in to intentionally only water once, in case of folks coming through and just whacking stuff down without replanting anything.
