Where are the rocks?

Off to the left of the starting area in the quarry area, in the map north of that, and dispersed across the meadows above the starting area.

They respawn over time after they get mined.

The stone can be turned into stone bricks (and tree logs can be made into wood planks) at a crafting table, and you can bring those down and left of the starting campfire to use them to build homes/shelters.

And I'm lost again.

The whole map is basically a big rectangle. Starting area, a map to either side, and three across the top as well.

I think I'm going to hit everything

You can only buy the meat from the robot?

For now, yes. To get gold to buy that stuff, you have to craft a steel pickaxe, mine gold ore, smelt it into gold ingots, and bang the ingots into coins.

Or you can just ask for meat in here, I'm sure that's a lot easier.

Currently trying to craft a steal pickaxe just so that I know how. If anyone has extra meat, I'll be happy to take it. Apparently I've made myself (Or rather Alvina) a cook.
