The Sea of Prose Survey graphic implies that the surface of the Sea of Prose is somewhere above sea level.
So, 3914.55 is added on to the height of the Sea of Prose, right?

Not quite. 3914.55 is in meters, and when converted to feet, that's just the height of Mt. Ovation. From the level of the Sea of Prose, not from sea level, I believe.
The height of Mt. Ovation in the earlier era, that is, before the eruption--it lost some height off its summit.

Ovation had not erupted within living memory of anyone in this civilization. They speculate it used to be taller, but no one has a measurement of that.
I'll go try converting 3914.55 and see what that gives us
