When she finished, she looked at Sophia, hearing her clap.She liked it.She turned and set her violin stuff back down on the bed."I wouldn't say I live nearby....but I wouldn't say I live far away.." she said. Her parents traveled around the world on bussiness trips, that she couldn't go on.So she sometimes stayed with other family members,

"Oh okay." I replied not wanting to pry. "I flew in from California it's a lot different here." I glanced at the clock and realized it was getting kinda late I refocused on unpacking my last suitcase. As I finished up I took out my schedule for the first time and looked over my classes everything seemed normal at first english, geometry but as the list went on things started getting odd. "Supernatural History? Power Identification, COMBAT?!" I looked up at Apollo. "What the heck kind of classes are these? What kind of school is this?" I asked starting to get a little freaked out. Maybe I should have listened to orientation after all. Or the countless times my mom had told me about the school. Had she ever mentioned this?

"I've heard California's a nice place.." Apollo said.Seeing as though each other them had a closet in their side of their rooms, Apollo opened her closet door, and placed her violin in there, along with its bow.She put a lot of her stuff in her closet, except phone, chargers, all that stuff.Apollo looked at Sophia from the floor as she was putting stuff in there neatly.She tried to think of excuses that wouldn't freak her out."Maybe in supernatural class out learn about ghosts or something.Power identification, maybe teaches you were electricity to power stuff comes from.." she said trying to make up a good lie.

I can tell I'm being lied to and I run over to my phone and call my mom. "MOM! What the heck! What kind of school is this?" I all but screamed before she could even say hello. "Sophia sit down." She said from the other end of the line. "No! I will not sit down until I know what's going on!" "fine. on your fathers side of the family supernatural abilities of some sort are passed down genetically. He went to this school as a boy and now it's time for you to attend." "But mom I don't have any supernatural abilities!" I said desperately. Not yet those in the Weaver line don't usually start to show signs until about six months after your fifteenth birthday or after a traumatic event both of which apply to you." "wanna know what bye mom. Thank's for nothing." I grumbled ending the phone call. "So 'abilities' " I said awkwardly towards Apollo " Do you know what yours are?"

Ah well it was worth a shot.She could hear the conversation on Sophia's moms side just barely, but could hear Sophia loud and clear.Apollo asked "you sure you want to know?"

"Yes please! I need some light shed on the situation my mom was less than forthcoming." I sighed and sat down on my bed rubbing my temples.

Somebody not to hard, but something not creepy.. Apollo thought.When Sophia wasent looking Apollo shape shifted into an animal, since they were easy for her to do.A little orange fox with white fur on its paws, and black on the tips of its ear and a black snout looked at Sophia from the floor, with dark green eyes.

(No It's not too late. Maybe knock on their door looking for someone or Something)

After not getting a verbal response sophia looked up and then let out a squeak."Oh my gosh Apollo that is so cool! How cute! Is it limited to animals?"

Sophia could identify it was Apollo because the fox wore a collar that read Apollo on it,She wore that for safety precautions.The fox shook its head no.Just by that it showed when in a animal form, you made the noise the animal does when it tries to talk, you wouldn't get actual words.If you were a dog and tried to speak, it would be a bark.

There was a sudden knock on the door to the dorm. it wasn't particularly loud, but it could still be heard.
"Is anyone in there?" came a male's voice, about 16. When one of them opened the door, a jackal boy with solid black fur and yellow eyes was standing there.
"Hello, I'm Nomti."

"Soooooo how exactly do I figure out what my ability is? uggggh! I'm so stressed out. I think I'm gonna sleep so I'm ready for these classes tomorrow. But first I'm gonna go see if there is any food in the lounge upstairs you wanna come?"

Apollo would explain in a minute.She wagged her fox tail as a way of saying okay.With killer hearing she heard the knock on the door.She shape shifted back into her normal human form.She got up and opened the door."Hello" she said to him.

"He, I'm unfortunately the DA. I'm just checking to make sure your dorms are alright and that you know which ones are yours," he forced a smile.
The poor jackal looked irritated and exhausted and generally fed up, "I'm also checking to see if anyone else, someone more organized, wants to be the DA."

I sat frozen on my bed. I'd never seen anything like him and I wanted to faint. I'd been so ignorant! So blissfully unaware! " Uhh . . . well I just found out about the whole supernatural thing like half an hour ago so I'm gonna have to pass on the DA position sorry." I said awkwardly.

"I know which dorms mine.208" she said.She thought over the DA offer, "I'll check back with you later on the DA offer.." she said, "let me think about it"

A chill began to fill the hallway of the dorms as a man passed by in the background behind Nomti. The man barely looked to the individuals who were talking. He payed no mind to them and made a turn heading towards the lounge or at least in its general direction anyway. The moment the man left the hallway the chill left with him allowing the heat to return to air once more.

"Ummm who else felt that? Please tell me it wasn't just me." I asked shivering slightly. But a few seconds later my stomach growled and I remembered my need for food. "Hey Nomti would you like to grab a midnight snack with me, and Apollo are you coming?" I asked grabbing a sweater.

"It wasent just you" she said. Apollo looked at Sophia, "yeah, Im coming" she said.

"Okay, good as long as I'm not crazy.you know I'm not even sure how to get to the lounge . . . oh well it can't be too hard." I said as I took a left out of our room remembering that it was the way the mysterious guy had gone. I shrugged it off and continued walking and absentmindedly humming under my breath. I continued down the same hall until it ended in a T "Right or left Apollo?" I asked unsure.
