Nearby, Avessia sat in a circle of trees, moving her hands gracefully and practicing her magic quietly, unaware of the party nearby.

*sniffs the air tilting his head as he smells someone unfamiliar to him*

*he yawns a bit*

Avessia hummed a melody, dark and melancholy sounding as she burned some sage.

(alright not gonna lie her outfit looks great too)

*shadow looks off into the forest in the general direction of the unfamiliar scent* (lol engage simp mode)

Avessia continues her ritual. She normally would have sensed something was off, but she was so enamored by the magic that she didn't have all her senses at full.
