I'm not exactly sure what to name this. I contemplated names for a while before simply deciding on something broader. Roleplay names can always be figured out later. But that's beside the point.
This is supposed to be a slowburn FxM romance where I'll be playing the female(my OC Ruri). She's very energetic and excitable though she gets flustered easily, which causes her to quickly seize up and quiet down. She grew up in a town near the beach causing her to be quite fond of it(as well as her family and neighbors). Tourists frequently visited, usually reoccurring, and she made friends with quite a few of them when her mothers allowed. She plays several sports with her sister and has a close bond with both of her mothers. As she got older she began struggling more with school and took up sports to encourage her to work harder to get her grades up. Those are the basics though more can be revealed about her throughout the roleplay.
There are several ways we can go about this roleplay:
-We can go through the stages of life with Y/C and Ruri from childhood on starting from when they first met. This can help us develop their relationship over time and they will first get to know each other at the beginning of the roleplay. I'd prefer if they were around 8-10 at the start though this can be negotiated if you would want to start off later in their life when they meet.
-Or we can begin after they've met and known each other for a while. Of course, they'd be older in this but it would be a bit harder to have them know each other previously as many things might be assumed that aren't true.
I'd prefer the former option though if you are more comfortable starting later on in life that's acceptable, as well.
How they could meet:
-Y/C and Ruri have been neighbors for a while but never really conversed until something happened(for example, they were assigned to do a group project together at school or their parents became friends).
-Y/C just moved into the neighborhood and Ruri approaches their parents(or them directly). This leads to them forming a small bond.
-Y/C meets Ruri's sister Liz or knew her(friends, crush, etc) and gets to know Ruri through her, becoming more fond of the other sister over time.
If you have any more ideas feel free to let me know! I'm only doing this roleplay with one person though it isn't exactly the first who messages me. If we decide the characters are perfect for each other, Y/C might become Ruri's canon boyfriend(with your approval, of course). Feel free to DM me about this roleplay! I'd prefer that route as I don't check forum notifications nearly enough. I require this roleplay to go on for some time as I wish to see this relationship develop over time.

A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
