Lacey laughed when Mina nudged her hand and giggled when Dmitri put her up on the horse. "So we're going to ride Mina there?" She asked, running her hand on Minas mane,
"Yes," he smiled and took her reins then started her off at a slow pace.
"How long will it take riding Mina?" She asked leaning gently back on Dmitri.
"Three days," he answered, "Anything else you want to know about me?"
"Hmm..." She said playfully then giggled. "Um, Do you have a big house?" She asked,
"It's decent sized. Only one floor, but it's built into the side of a mountain in a city called Markarth. It's very beautiful. All of the buildings are built into the mountains."
"Cool! But doesn't it get really dark if it's in a mountain?" Lacey asked, the questions slowly leaking out of her small mind.
"Well, there's more shadows, but my home is probably the highest one in the city. We get more sunlight."
"Cool! Does it get really cold?" She asked, petting Minas mane gently as they walked on.
"Only in the winter. In the summer it's warm but never hot," he shrugged, "Almos never anyways."
"Ok." Lacey replied, running out of questions. Instead, she closed her eyes and snuggled close to Dmitri. "Can I go to sleep?" She asked, yawning a little bit.
"Of course," he smiled down at her, "You don't need to ask that," he lightly stroked her head.

Lacey smiled and crossed her arms in her lap and fell asleep to the steady rhythm of Mina's walking.
When she woke up again, she would be sitting in a chair in front of a large fire put in the center of an inn.
"Hello, little one," Dmitri greeted her.
"Hello, little one," Dmitri greeted her.
Lacey felt warm all around and smiled, opening her eyes to see a roaring fire and Dmitri in front of her. "Are we at your house?" She asked groggily, sitting up better in the chair.
"No, we're at the Bannered Mare inn," he smiled at her and sat down in a chair next to hers.
"Oh ok. How much longer 'till we get to your house?" She asked, her stomach choosing that moment to growl.
"A couple days," he answered then laughed, "Are you hungry, little one?" he asked.
"Ok." Lacey said as she giggled. "Yes, is there anything to eat here? If that's ok I mean." She asked politely as she tucked her feet under her bottom.
"Of course," he nodded and handed her a plate with a cinnamon bun on it, "There you go."
