She smiled and picked up the cinnamon bun, taking a bite. "Thisisgood!" She said excitingly, her mouth full of food. She took another bite and turned back to Dmitri. "Thankgoo" She mumbled through the food in her mouth.
"Mouth closed, little one," he gently patted her head.
Lacey nodded and finished chewing. "Thank you. It was really good." She said, finished with the bun. She licked the ends of her fingers and looked back up at Dimitri. "So how long are we staying here?" She asked curiously, glancing around the Inn for the first time.
The main room was pretty open, with a bar to the left of the entrance to the building and the big fire pit dead center. There were doors on the opposite side of the bar that led to the kitchen and some of the rooms and there was another room upstairs.
"Only about an hour longer, but we'll walk around the city."

Lacey smiled and clapped her hands together. "What city are we in?" She asked delighted.
"Whiterun," he said and tussled her hair with a hand.
"I never heard of that city." She said reaching up and flattening her hair down again, still smiling. "Can we go outside right now?" She added, a little sparkle in her eyes.
(I'm using cities and lore from Skyrim. That okay?
(Sure, You do all the talking about scenery then! I've never played Skyrim.)
(I'll just send you links to each visited city's wiki page so you can look at the map. They're at the bannered Mare Inn right now.

Dmitri nodded and took her hand then led her out of the building and into the morning light.
"Ah, Whiterun, he said with an affectionate tone. They were on the stairs of the inn and in front of them was a small market place with a well in the center, a couple stalls in front of the inn and two larger shops on the other side.

Lacey smiled and clutched his hand so she wouldn't get lost in this new city, the bright light blinding her momentarily. She looked around at the people milling around the stalls and the small marketplace before them and smiled even brighter. "While we're here...." She trailed off, wondering if she should ask or not. After a couple minutes in silence she decided it couldn't hurt and bravely looked into his eyes. "While we're here can we get some new clothes for me?" She asked, looking down at her dirty white dress momentarily.
He listened to her and nodded, "We'll go to Belethor's and see if he has anything," he smiled, pointing to one of the shops on the other side of the well.
"Ok!" Lacey said immediately cheering up again. She looked to where he was pointing and saw an average sized shop on the other side of the well. "Is he nice?" She asked as they got closer.
"Um... He's very snide and sarcastic," he answered with a little smirk as they walked along the cobble path the short distance, probably only 30 feet, to the store and he opened the door and stepped in.
It was a rectangular room with a long counter displaying items and there were shelves all around displaying more. There was a set of stairs behind a wall and a room in the back that was a kitchen.
"Ah, Dmitri, my favorite cat!" the Breton man behind the counter greeted, "How can I help you? And who's this?"

Lacey followed Dmitri into the store and ducked behind him once they were through. She heard a man's booming voice and peeked around Dmitri's waist at the man. She ducked behind Dmitri again to hide from the strange man.
(Lol, hope this is OOOOOOOk)

"This is Lacey... I bought her from a slave market out in the middle of the plains yesterday."
"I hope you don't intend on... Doing anything with her. She's pretty young," Belethor said. Dmitri looked aghast and shook his head, "No! Of course not!" he protested then quickly changed the subject, "We need some new clothes for her."
"Alright, I think I've got the thing," he opened a chest full of clothes and dug around inside for a few seconds then pulled out three layered dresses, one with a red top and blue ribbon, one with a yellow top and blue ribbing and one with a blue top and gray ribbon. The bottom portion of all the dresses were cream.

Lacey listened to the men talk, finally coming out from behind Dmitri. She stood beside him, her hand sitting comfortably in his and watched Belethor take out three dresses form the chest. She personally liked the red one the best and stood open-mouthed at them all. "They are so pretty." She said finally speaking up.
"Which one do you want?" she asked.
Lacey looked at the man a pointed to the one with the red top. "That one please." She said politely, shuffling her feet a bit.
"You got it, girly," Belethor smiled and Dmitri payed him promptly. Dmitri put it in his bag, which was magically enchanted to hold an almost unlimited number of things.
"Alright, would you like to go up to Dragon's Reach, the castle on top of the hill?" he asked after they walked out.
