"Okie dokie." Lacey replied, letting her head fall back onto his chest. She soon fell asleep to the steady rhythm of Mina's footsteps.

He woke her up a little while later and pulled the horse to the side of the road and slid off then picked her up off of Mina as well.

"Arewethere?" She mumbled, half asleep still.

"No, we're taking a stretch."

"Ok." Lacey said yawning. She jumped down from Dmitri's arms. She looked around and saw a nearby rock and went to sit on it. She stretched her arms and legs and laid back on the rock.

He smiled at her and sat down in the grass while Mina went to drink at a nearby stream.
"Do you want some bread and cheese?" he asked.

Lacey nodded and sat up, watching Mina drink from the stream.

"Come over here, little one," he waved her towards him and took the food out of his magic bag, and her new dress, "Here. Get changed."

Lacey walked over to where Dmitri was sitting and took he dress from him. "Okie dokie." She said with a happy smile, running toward the nearest tree and pulling her dirty white dress over her head. She threw it on the ground and slipped the new dress on in its place, giving it a test twirl. Smiling, she picked up the dirty white rag of a dress and went back over to Dmitri. "Tada!!" She exclaimed happily, twirling around.
