"Really? Are you sure? How do you know?" She wandered off soon after hearing sobbing and found Chris. "Aw. Why are you crying?"
he lifted his head from his knees "I-I'm scared"
"Oh." She smiled reassuringly. "Dont worry. I'm here. You don't need to be scared of anything."
he intentively looked around, then at suga
She crouched in front of him and grinned. "Dont worry. I'm tougher than I look. I won't let anyone bother you." She started to dig in another skirt pocket. "Do you want candy? I'm sure I got some somewhere."
he smiled, and nodded, the tears in his eyes leaving marks on his pale cheeks
She dug around around and eventually pulled out a few different pieces. She held her hand out to let him pick one. "So why are you afraid?"
"h...it's following me" he grabbed a piece of candy without even looking
"What's following you?"
he showed suga a picture of a pitch-black bear animatronic with blood dripping from it's cheeks, the hand holding the picture had been shaking
She took the picture and studied it before cringing. "It's a robot.. I don't like robots either. At least not the scary kind."
"h---it's kinda been trying to" his voice became a whisper "kill me"
She stared in horror, not wanting to believe him. "Oh! That's awful! I knew robots were bad!" She hugged him. "Dont worry. I won't let it get you."
he started crying again, not out of fear, but of pure joy
She ran her fingers through his hair out of comfort. "What's your name?"
"it's cr----chris' he'd almost made the mistake of referring to himself as crying child
