She let her pick her up, she sat on her lap and nuzzled her head into thyras neck

She raised an eyebrow and shook her head "no thanks. I'm not hungry" she did eye them for a second though

He went to Drael and jumped up into his arms.

Fumizuki instantly recognizes that Merith seems off. "You need a hug, miss lady?"

He came in carrying a baby and his cat Piano on his shoulder. Piano jumped down and curled up under the booth. "Mr. Mathius, can I get some octopus balls for myself and some milk for the baby?"

Nokotan is over in the corner with a microphone and a boombox, singing "Not Like Us".

"Oh hey there, Oniyan. Where'd you get that baby?"

"I adopted him!" He said with a bright smile. "Claude is gone and I miss having a family of my own, so I adopted an elf baby. His name is Atranas"

He walked in with a sign held up saying "SHE'S VALID. SHE HAS HER HOOD PASS"

"Okay. I didn't know people were clean like that around here," the newcomer said and started to dance for a moment. He wore a fur-lined black jacket, a grey N.W.A. shirt, baggy blue jeans, a gold chain, and black sneakers.

The crane yokai would make a noise that chickens make when alarmed upon hearing Nokotan sing then calmed down with a bored look.

"I already get my daily dose of curse words in the average PvP game"

"People be saying harsher things in game chats still to this day," Kaiza said to Kiyo.

He covered his baby's ears "don't worry, Atranas. I'll protect you from the potty words, okay?"

Karlach pokes her head in, and notices Nokotan spitting bars. "Nope." She turns around and heads back out the door, having decided she is not ready to deal with this.

Kiyo left a cassette tape by the kitchen. It would seem that anyone Ren and Azumi know just barge themselves into Mathius' workplace.

She then sat down by the bar and started playing Bloodborne on her laptop through unknown means. She's a crane spirit. Spirits are good at magic. Maybe that is why?

Anyway, there was a note attached to the cassette. It read:

"Mathius,

Ren wants you to have this tape. He's, like, super close to you, yeah? Yeah. That tape has a song we made that was so hard to release because it was too personal to Ren. So personal that it basically resulting in him lashing out every time we asked to do so. I hope you can listen to it and convince him that it's okay not to be okay so we can finally release it. I'm not forcing him out of selfish reasons, I need him to get out of his shell for once, Azumi agrees anyway!

P.S: By the bar, I want a millet-oatmeal with some honey. Me hungry!

Theo is slumped face down at the bar. He's not drunk, since he doesn't drink alcohol. He's just going through some emotional turbulence after snapping at and having a huge argument with Andrew.

He set to work on Kiyo's food as he listened to the song.

Merith checked the clock "break time" she stretched and wandered into the back "I'm grabbin a beer boss" she searched for a specific beer

He waved as if he were saying "I heard you" to acknowledge Merith.

He was sitting on the roof staring off into the distance. He had his helmet down.
