Hange raised an eyebrow, intrigued by the sudden shift in the conversation. "A marriage banquet for your brother, huh?" they mused, leaning in with interest. "Sounds like a big event. I'm guessing there's a lot of planning going into it."
At the mention of the former brother-in-law adopting a baby, Hange's expression softened slightly, a hint of sympathy in their eyes. "That's a lot to process," they said thoughtfully. "Adopting a baby after your niece vanished... That’s... quite the twist. Must have been a lot of changes happening all at once."
They paused for a moment, then added with a gentle smile, "I hope everything goes well at the banquet. It sounds like there’s a lot of heart in it, despite the complexities."

Hange grinned widely, their eyes gleaming with excitement. "Ah, why thank you!" they said cheerfully, rubbing their hands together. "I think I'll have that, please—I'm absolutely starving!"
With an eager bounce in their step, they plopped down into a chair, resting their elbows on the table. They leaned forward slightly, propping their chin up with one hand while drumming their fingers against the surface with the other. Their expression was a mix of amusement and curiosity, eyes scanning their companion with keen interest.
"So, care to talk?" they asked, a playful lilt in their voice. "I could use some good conversation while I wait. Got any interesting stories for me?"

Azumi, the ever lovable mascot of Trixie's, appeared from a puff of smoke to do her usual job. Well, it is more of a self-imposed job rather than one officially and legally stated.
"Hello there, dearie!" Azumi squealed in delight "What brings you here to the best place in the physical plane?"
The fox spirit wagged her four, fluffy tails as she awaited a response.
Hange’s eyes widened in surprise as Azumi appeared in a puff of smoke, their grin spreading across their face. "Whoa, now that’s an entrance!" they exclaimed, clearly impressed by the fox spirit’s flair. "You’re the mascot of Trixie’s? I’ve gotta say, this place has some real character."
They leaned forward, their curiosity piqued by Azumi's cheerful energy. "As for what brings me here," Hange began with a playful smirk, "well, I was just enjoying some great stories and drinks. Figured I’d stop by and see who else has something interesting to share."
They gave a lighthearted shrug. "But now that you're here, I feel like I’ve found the real star of the show." Hange's eyes twinkled as they spoke. "So, what’s your story, Azumi? Got any fun tales?"

Some Orks Azumi took under her wings. There were six. A Mekboi went to Azumi and pointed at a Burna "Miss Azumi, he popped me!" He fussed.
"Him started it!" He pointed at the other Ork.
Donatos stood slackjawed. "Orks too....."
He saw one that had kittens all over him that were in small carrier pouches on a harness he made. "Miss Azumi, can I have an apple?"

Nicodemus is at a complete loss for words.
He shared a look between the Brother-Priest and Brother-Lieutenant Tolmeron unable to assemble the words.
"I think I have seen all that I need to. I shall be returning to Baal to deliver my report on all of this."
