He tilted his head, "You just have that, what some people call, 'vibe'. I'm actually looking for an individual to help me with a sort of mission, if you're willing."

"I'll pass. i'm not interested in getting wrapped up in such things thank you very much."

"Well, maybe your ears will perk up when I say that there's money involved?"

"no thanks, i have a job and i'm quite happy with my salary."

"Well.. Do you like animals? or am I being too pushy and you'd rather me walk away?"

Tom walks over to the bookshelf and takes a book from the shelf flipping to a random page and beginning to read it

"i do like animals yes. and you are being a bit pushy. this is a bar, a place of relaxation. not talking shop. "

"Fair enough. I do apologize. May I offer a cute animal of your choice? As an apology gift?"

"no thanks."

He sighs and walks away, leaving the lass alone.

Tom walks over to the man and pats his shoulder "It was worth a shot "

"No maidens wish to join me anymore. Am I too gay?"

Tom nods and thinks for a few moments "well I wouldn't say that, but you did come on kind of strong"

"I mean, yeah." He turns to him, "Do you want a cute and fluffy animal? Or are you into rough things?"

Tom grins "Sure! What kind of animals can you make?"

"Well it's not that I make them. I summon them."

"ooh cool, so you can summon any kind of animal?"

"Correct, young one."

"Can you summon a Quokka?"

He nods and chuckles. "Such cute creatures." He begins to move his hands and smoke begins to appear in front of Tom. Suddenly, a Quokka appears in front of him.
