If I absolute wanted to, could I use my own information to make a character? (Including pictures of me but not like where I live...)
Remember kids, just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

There are no official rules governing how you decide to create a character, or what information you include about them (except for some stuff about minors in sexual situations). So you're free to do what you like.

That said, I urge you to proceed with caution and consider the pros and cons carefully. One major pitfall to aware if us that if you intend to RP with this character, it could cause serious issues in maintaining good IC/OOC boundaries for you and other people. Most "serious" RPers frown on characters built in this manner for this and other reasons, so you might find the character is limited to use in non-continuity "persona play."

It might also open you up to accusations of it being a Mary Sue or proxy character, character types not often permitted in developed RP, so if you'll need a double thick skin to play it!
A nice solution here would be to base your character on yourself instead of creating a char that is completely you. For example my character Dave Jameson. certain things are taken from myself, others are not. see it as 50/50. half of the char is you, the other half is made up. For me that makes me feel able to develop my own character through rp without feeling that I'm being unrealistic with myself (for example "would/could I do that") and it makes it a lot easier to play your character.
