Anyone else in here using twitter? I don't use it as much as I should because I don't have that many people following me... But that's fine!
I was thinking maybe it would be cool if we tweeted about RPR, or RPR has its own twitter account etc. I've seen it used when sites go down to keep folks updated on what's going on.
Anyway, feel free to follow me. I'll happily follow you too!

Solia has a Twitter, and I think Varus does, too, but Varus hasn't gone down since, like... 2008? So I don't really remember. And yeah, it is useful in that regard, but I've never felt the urge to make one of my own. I have a hard enough time keeping up with Facebook, and anyone I need to talk to is on AIM, anyway.
I'd keep an eye on an RPR Twitter account, though. In an official capacity, it's a useful little thing.

I've been squatting on this account name to make sure no one else takes it, but I haven't determined what's going to be done with it. I feel like I yak enough on the forums I don't know who would want to hear more programming babble from me.

I would. ^^
Seriously, though, you don't yak so much as just stay a part of the community. I like that- it's nice to know the person behind the site, which is why Varus remains to this day one of my favorite avatar forums. I've talked with Lady Serena a few times, and she's nice. So are you, which makes the site even more enjoyable for me.

If people start following the account, I'll make sure to remember to use it. I do love chatting with you guys!
I'm also starting a twitter list of RPrepository users to make it easier for everyone to find each other. Let me know if you'd like to be on it.

I'm on Twitter too... SpoonyPinkTank . It's a silly name.
I also made a Twitter account for my dog, because she clearly thinks in very spurts.

I'm on Twitter, though I haven't posted much in a while... @PenGryphon is me (username is PenGrypon2007). Writing, Latin, Biology--yep, that's me.
@Keyra455 is meh
The RPR twitter is linked to the FB one right? I don't have Twitter, but I do follow RPR on FB
I try to publish the same content on both the RPR twitter and Facebook to give people the option to follow us however they want. There's occasionally something that only makes it to one or the other, but I try to make sure it's not crucial info.
I forget what program it is, but there is something you can use to post on and it'll post to both might be worth looking into as the site gets bigger, pretty sure whatever it is is free
I think Kim uses Hootsuite to do just that!
Yeah, I'm a huge fan of hootsuite.
The only reason things end up on one or the other are things like putting up galleries of images is way more practical for FB than it is for Twitter.

Oh okay I don't know anything about twitter, I prefer to use Facebook I do enjoy the updates that show up!
Glad to hear it!
