Scott was climbing on the side of the mountain but lost his grip, as he fell the long fall he deployed his grapple but it malfunctioned and he hit the ground with a large thud "Stupid faulty suit hardware, I need to fix it before it gets me killed one day" he muttered to himself getting up and brushing himself off, his gun still attached to his back. He went to check it and as soon as he pulled it from his back a few pieces broke off and he threw it to the ground "Well there goes my gun, today just isn't my day is it?" He started walking to the side of the mountain again.
Robbins tapped Xiara on his shoulder, trying to get his attention. He had something important to tell him. The road was blocked, but they still had airships. Infact, they had the Gunships. More than enough lifting power for all of them. "Xiara, we have four Gunships at HQ. I can get one of them here to pick us up if you want,"
"Very well then, but avoid the security beacons, they act as cameras." Xiara replied, making sure that he was not facing Robbins. He wanted to keep himself as anonymous as he could. "It would be best to enter from the south. I would not recommend using any military vehicles in case a camera spots us." There were also the sewers, but such a form of travel was disgusting and possibly fraught with danger. Especially after hearing news from the city dwellers of a 'Moving Skeleton', though according to the witnesses, it was harmless.
Xiara then thought for a moment. These offworlders were curious of the energies on Acta, he could show them the far southeastern outback, which was known for it's sightings of unexplained creatures, that was what they were at least known to civilized Actarian peoples as...

Robbins nodded, and pressed a button. One of the four gunships began taking off, and heading their way. It was armed, though the guns were offline. But non military? Too bad. That was all they had. Too bad, though. If they fired on them, they would have to attack back. "Don't worry. They're powered down guns at the moment. Just try not to let them provoke us. Is there any other way in?"
"There is another, but it is possibly dangerous.." Xiara replied. "The sewers are large enough to hold vehicles, and they lead directly into the heart of the city. However, not even genetic engineering protects Acta's citizens from disease that lingers in the isolated sewer." Still fearing the worst, he hoped these rumors of a possible Demon were not true. "And there have been records from the workers, that a 'Moving Skeleton' loiters deep within, supposedly harassing the workers, but never provoking them." Xiara thought to himself, perhaps this Demon was a serpentine dissident. The majority of Demons that control over themselves were either cultists or Alrotti serpentines. He hoped for the latter, though he'd rather see the rumor itself debunked.
"We have certain things that you can wear which could protect you from disease. Don't worry, though. If you want to go, we'll be sure to make it safe. We've dealt with Daemons before. Hell, they were huge. But the Space Marines were the ones who killed them. Do you want us to get them?" Robbins asked, and thought about it for a second. He could use heavy weapons on the Demon, but that would be too suspicious.
"No, I want to see how this supposed 'Demon' reacts to us, let alone if it truly exists or not." Xiara stated, unsure of whether this Demon was a cult member, or a simply an unfortunate wanderer. For the most part, the Demons of Acta kept their sanity, they were all formerly inhabitants of the planet themselves. If this Demon was not malevolent, then killing could be seen as a terrible offense to the Serpentine code of law.
"Then we're going into the sewers. Where are they located?" Robbins asked, holding his gun up in the air. He didn't want to attract too much attention, but he might as well be known to people. Especially if he was helping out one of the natives, and probably an important one, too.
Xiara checked his data map, downloading the original coordinates of the previous sightings of the demon. "If this is correct, then the demon would probably be lingering somewhere around the western canton the sewer." He handed the datamap to Robbins, the coordinates were northwest of the southern sewer, within the fourth tunnel, which contained a massive water purifying container.
"Alright... Lets take a look there. Gunship's being called off. Men, move out! Follow us!" Robbins said, cocking his gun. He checked the charges. Still full. Everyone was ready. "Lead on, Xiara."
Tucker loaded his duel pistols, then put them back in his holsters, He then took out his two knives and checked them, They were a lot more sharp then he was use too now that he had the right stuff for sharpening them, He then put them back and waited for Xiara to lead on
Xiara had no weapon, but he knew that this was at his own peril. If this Demon was hostile, then he would possibly throw away his own life, but Xiara had a feeling that this Demon is no enemy. If it was, the sewer workers would've already been strung up before the sightings could have even been confirmed. As he lead the group on, the tunnel lead to the great canal, leading to the water purifying center. The water was ferocious, like a great tide. Luckily, a stiff bridge had been left activated for them. They could cross over, but they would have to make sure that the water does not sweep them away.
"Alright, men, activate the EMs on the soles. That should hold us down. Xiara, if you want to, I can hook a safety line to you?" Robbins asked, activating the magnetic soles and getting on the bridge. He stayed on well enough.
"I am wary enough to get across the gap myself." Xiara replied in the form of a decline. He did not feel so incapable that he would have to use safety line. Though he was without his weapons, he was able to defend himself with the use of his flexibility. Putting his faith into his balance, Xiara chose to cross the bridge, caring little for the shaking of the bridge, or if the water was to soak his cowl. It made no difference.
Tucker activated his Ems, And started to walk across with ease, he However was ready to dive and rush out to help someone if they fell in, Whether it was Xiara, Robbins or a Marine mattered not, He was ready in the event like that would happen though, He hoped everyone would get across fine
"Fine, fine. Just look out, alright? Don't want to dive in to get you." Robbins said, sighing and shaking his head. Stubbornness would be the death of sentient Beings. No, it wouldn't. They would survive. At least, he hoped he would. Robbins and his group, though, made it past the bridge, and Dodger, Johnson, and Barbara got in front, watching out for anyone while Robbins and Duke helped the others.
"To be careful in a place such as this is without question..." Xiara believed that he was not acting careless in declining the safety line. He simply had faith in his own abilities, and trusted in himself that he could cross safely. Taking a slight breath, he made his way across, a step closer to their destination.
Tucker got across the bridge and looked among them, "it seems that everyone has gotten across" He said looking at the bridge "So where are we off to next?" He said looking around, He had his hands near his holsters in case they would be attacked
"Xiara? Lead on. We don't really know this place as well as you would." Robbins said, and chuckled. It was true. They didn't really know. But they were going for an exploration, as well as protection, of this creature and Xiara.
"Very well then..." Xiara replied, keeping his head firm. The water purifying plant was near pitch black. Only the large water tank could be seen in clear view. However, there was a faint view of two upper balconies, which held the pipes together. Water soaked the ground, making it clear that one of the pipes had been cut by this monstrous creature. If this was where the sighting took place, they must be very close by now.
