I'm really sorry if this is set out somewhere... I have the vague notion you can post ads only once a month, but I've been searching all around the forums trying to figure out why I think that and where I saw it... I was wondering if someone might be able to confirm or let me know what the right timeline is?

I have no idea why you think that! You can post a virtually unlimited number of ads every day, so long as they are unique and useful.
