"Had...a sister"

"Oh..." she said softly, "Sorry."

Takeo sighs "If i let you go, do you promise not to tell the guards? Like i said im not here to harm this town.....vampires have moral too ya know. We aren't heartless like somepeople think...."

It took her a few seconds but she finally nodded, "Okay..."

Takeo lets go of mariahs arm and steps back. "Fine...."

She didn't run that time and just looked down to her feet paws, "If... If I see you again, I will call the guards..." she said and started walking back towards the inn.

Takeo calls after her. "Why? Why would you? I haven't done anything wrong to you OR this town...So why would you tell them?" Takeo takes a step toward her.

She tried to think of a reason but couldn't and she shook her head, "I... I dot know."

Takeo shakes his head and smiles "Your an interesting person..." As Takeo turns to go he says back to her "My name is Takeo btw, whats yours?"

"I'm Mariah..." she said quietly.

"Ill be back here tomorrow night" Takeo glanced back at her and said with a grin "This is the only place ive been to where I can get decent Sweet Milk." Takeo laughs as he dissapears into the night.

She blushed a little bit but didn't answer.
When he returned the next night, she was working.
"Would you like sweetened milk again?" she asked, "Warm?"

Takeo smiles "sure

She fetched the beverage and returned with it a couple minutes later, "Will that be all?"

Takeo though for a moment before replying "Any jobs I could do around town? Maybe jobs that can be done at night?

"I don't know... I don't think so," she answered, "I guess you could help here," she answered before realizing she had just invited a vampire into her life and her work.

Takeo grinned for a moment then said"deal, so what do you exactly do here?"

"Me? I just serve. You'll need to talk to the land-lady," she said and pointed to a human woman standing behind the bar counter.

Takeo's smile faded a little as he looked over to where Mariah was pointing.
