“Eh…!” *he soon stayed quiet thinking to him self* “I feel like your trying to get my attention Lucifer…”

Wakumi sighs as she looks at the quarrelling Dao and Lucifer.

He didn't hear him, cutting a slice of chocolate cake

*he soon started to eat the chocolate nibbling on it* “thank you!”

" your welcome" she said with a smile

*he smiled blushing happily about the chocolate he had*

"Don't make a mess" he assured her

*he tilted his head* “I’m not…”

"I do have a question. Why do you dress up like that?" he asked

“Cause most people see me as a girl..I can pass as one as well”

"Well obviously if your dressed like that" he said. "So do you.. trick people into thinking your a girl or...?"

The Sorcerer was about to inquire about Wakumi's herbs, Merril didn't doubt she had different stock than them due to one, being from other worlds, and two, that may be due to being a Yokai, she traveled different places than they did. Wasn't there a legend about Yokai being able to travel to the hellish landscape human souls could end up in? That was another question to ask, but before they could do so, another presence had made themselves known.

So that was the demon.

He was more human-looking than what the Sorcerer had anticipated, that was for sure, and seemed to be relatively disinterested...? Perhaps the wording of their situation being more akin to someone looking at ants was actually more accurate than what Merril had believed. What they couldn't understand was the seemingly instant animosity between the demon and his...'guests'?

"So our 'host' is a bit more amicable than your words made me believe at first." Merril commented, referring to Clementine's implications that the demon wanted to manipulate them as puppets before. Of course, the half-fae was still a bit wary of him and kept their distance slightly and let him converse with Dao, but was eyeing the dessert table with interest. "I keep forgetting to this; er, greetings, by the way."

"A sorceror?" Lucifer asked. "I noticed your thoughts, you are confused as to why I look more... human then anticipated. I assure you, this isn't my true form" he said as he would cross his arms and look at him. "If I was in my true form, you'd be scared for your life" he said

"Wow, you are pro in handling situations like this." Wakumi told Clementine.

" I don't know why but thank you" she said with a smile.

And that...was common demon talk, wasn't it?

"Yes, yes, I guessed as much. I'm aware of the tells of demons changing forms to appease their contractors, but I'm guessing you're not the type of demon one can make a contract if at all- you're obviously far stronger to be someone's familiar if you're able to build a whole pocket for us to reunite here." And to pull food seemingly out of thin air, that too.
