Hey Moneruto... when do I start learning magic?

Its the easiest and the incantation is very basic.. its a cross. But first I have to see if you possess Mana. Not everyone does. At least as far as i know... In master's study there are a variety of spells and incantations of other energy sources. Artes takes the study of Mana... Aura... Im not sure... So we will have to see also this may be more research you can do. This is basic knowledge so the Organization should have it...
