He finally snapped "I TOLD YOU I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO CONVINCE THEM OF MY INNOCENTS FOR TWO WHOLE YEARS!" He yelled and jumped up and continued to walk away "Just let me be for a little bit!" He said, almost in a run

"If you hadn't snapped and just let me talk it would have been fine! They may not believe you, but they would believe me!" she cried out, "We're leaving in half an hour. Get your supplies at least!"

" I should go after him" bas said to marina, "in case he gets into any trouble out there. He really shouldn't have done that you know". He told her. So quickly chased after chris, quitely hoping for some type of explanation for what had occured.

Chris was sitting in the outskirts of town, However he was not alone. There was a gaint red and orange monster, It was covered in heavy armor, Everywhere but the back, It had two giant shields that were in sword shapes. It looked like they were talking though one would have too get closer too hear

"Fine! Everyone just leave me alone!" she grumbled and kicked a rock, which proved to be a bit too heavy for her and she stubbed her toe, "Ow! Owiwowowow!" she whimpered and plopped herself down, holding onto her foot paw.

Sebastian quickly got to where chris was confronting the monster and recognized the monsters as one of the sentinels of a leader in the underworld. Sebastian quickly told chris to step back and let him deal with the threat.

"No No No its ok!" he said in a calm tone "Hes not like the others, He has left the underworld, Cast out for unknown reasons, Me and him met five years ago, though, We have not seen eachother in two years" Chris finished, then the sentinel spoke "I understand why you jump into battle, But know I have been taken in by Chris's home kingdom, I would not dare attack a human" he then then he turned to face bas "or a Demon" he said in the native demon language

Sebastian stood their awestruck at what the creature just said. No one could possibly tell he was a demon just by looking at him right? What am I thinking he yelled in his mind, there must be a purely logical explanation for his knowledge he would just have to ask him later. "I understand," he told chris "and my apologies sir....

The sentinel nodded "its all right, I umderstand my people have done terrible things" he then sat down, Chris then turned too bas "Why did you follow me?" he asked in a curious tone

I had to make sure you were all right, I wouldn't want you getting killed as soon as we start the quest right? Speeking of which where's marina?

Chris frowned slightly "Most Likely watching me and waiting for me to make one tiny screw up and then criticize me for it "He said, With a look of annoyance on his face "Surprised she hasn't already jumped at my throat for befriending a Sentinel of the underworld, No offense" He said turning too the Sentinel "None Taken" He simply said

Marina was waiting where they left her, just sitting down and grooming her wings.

(Idk it just kinda flows smoother I guess?)

"Ok, chris why did you go and run off like that, you do know that running away is not the answer to the problem." he quitely waited for a response.

"I know that! I just did not wont to do something I regretted so I left to calm down" he said, He looked slightly annoyed, Though, He then shook his head and regained his more neutral look "I just wish she would get the fact that these guys have been on me for two years! Almost three by now! And I have tried talking too them! I have tried to get others too talk with them! They never listen to anyone they are full of rage at me for something I did not do!" He said and then lowered his head and sighed

He put his hand on chris' shoulder "Its ok I understand what it feels like to be distrusted and to be accused of something that I didn't do. Don' t worry though you can move past this as I have, and in time people will foget about it and you won't be accused anymore. So come onlet's go find marina."

She had snuck up behind them while they talked.
"Seriously? I'm trying to vouch for you here. Just gonna throw my under the carriage, Chrissy-poo?" the vulpine giggled, "They have to listen to me and I'm on your side. I could get them fired or worse if they don't listen to me."

"She does have a point there doesn't she". Bas satated with a gentle smile on his face. "Well now that we're all together should we get started on the mission"? he asked.

Chris sighed "sometimes I Think you like trying too piss people off so they fight, Which is not very professional for someone of your authority" He said eyeing marina "But yes we should go leae the way" The Sentinel then started too walk away, no words no nothing, He was not sad or angry, He simply had nothing more too say

Marina flapped her wings and flew onto Bas' shoulders and sat there with her chin resting on his head, "Go that way," she pointed with a paw.

"Ok, but where are we going there are several towns and villages that way"? He asked cherrily.
