Greystone Tavern's RPR
What we're about!
Set in the medieval world of the Dragonlands, Furcadia's official canon, Greystone Tavern is a typically unassuming road-side tavern with a hidden agenda. Located just south-west of the street corner in Imaginarium, we're a strictly IC dream and we're looking for roleplayers!
The year is 1175 and the Kingdom of Kasuria is embroiled in political strife. The new King has enacted a law which reclassifies citizens to create a new social hierarchy, causing discord among many of the Noble Families which reside on the island continent. As the country teeters on the brink of civil war, Greystone Tavern is the unknown base to rebel forces who's aim is to remove the King and his loyalist party from the seats of power. Which side are you on?
What's been happening?
A Royal Blockade has been slowing traffic along the road Greystone is located at, interrogating passengers taking the route between Modesty and Desdemond. With the oncoming winter, rumors circulate that this could begin to hinder food and supply to the Tavern and outlying areas.
We need your input!
Greystone Tavern is heavily dependent on plots and we want YOU to help us progress through them. Meetings are held in a group fashion with all of our players to encourage everyone to help us plot and determine the IC situations within the dream -- from simple, day to day occurrences to the in-depth storylines, we want you to be involved because your opinions matter.
What's Coming Up!
In February of 2014 Greystone will be the proud hosts of an upcoming festival! Not only to celebrate the upcoming holiday on February 14th, a traveling circus will be located on the grounds to help uplift the spirits of Kasuria's citizens in the area and brighten the morale for those who find themselves in the middle of the country's turmoil or affected by the harsh winter. The festivals will include In Character contests and tournaments which will award Digo's based on a point-system to those who have participated and won in any of the contests. Join our group page to stay tuned in for more information!
