"Hey! What the heck is wrong with you?!" She looked furious

The woman returned the look, twice as furious. "And who might you be?! His wife?"

She stood up "yes! Thats exactly who I am!"

The women took a step toward glothl, the wolves advancing with her. "How dare you take that tone with me?! From what I heard Until recently if it weren't for that lazy good for nothing who's drowning right now you'd probably be dead! Or worse!"

"You herd right! What does that have to do with anything?! And i'll talk in any tone I want!"

"Why you little...!" Suddenly the top of the lake was covered in a red light. Head first, Alucard emerged from the lake at the center, two black bat wings coming out of his back. Alucard pointed a gun at his master. "Master, if you don't back away from my wife, I will kill you and take over the pack. You are not as strong as my parents. And if you had sent someone to remind me we wouldn't have this problem."

She smirked and crossed her arms

The woman seemed to think for a minute and then stepped away from glothl. "While that is true, you should have at least come to check. Anyway, I'm sorry girl. My anger sometimes gets the best of me. Alucard used to say I was like his mother in that respect. Oh! I guess I should intorduce myself." The woman bowed before glothl. "I am shizuka ayakashi. I have taught Alucard his survival skills and the way of the sword. Again I sincerely apologize for my recent outburst, and for my children." The woman turned to the wolves and ordered them to back away a bit."

She sighed and smiled "nice to meet you. Im Glothelia but you can call me glothl for short. Im sorry to. I have anger issues. I almost attacked but I know that would be a mistake." She chuckled

Alucard flew back to the shore. "I'm glad you two have come to an understanding."

"Ya. Im glad I didn't get myself killed"

Shizuka smiled and looked at Alucard. "I think you're ready."

"Ready for what?"

"When a wolf or child that's under my care comes of age, they begin to experience odd transformations. Did he by chance change into a wolf last night, glothl?"

She nods yes "ya."

"Then its already begun. Alucard, hold out your right hand. This is part of how you can tell if its serious."

"What are you doing?"

Alucard held out his right hand, revealing a tattoo of a wolf paw on the front of it. Shizuka shook her head. "He's going through it all right. The lycan cycle. This could be really bad." The woman looked up at glothl. "You didn't try to use a potion that would work if you kissed him, did you?"

Her eyes widened "yes."

Alucard spoke up. "Master,what's wrong?" Suddenly, Alucard found his consciousness slipping and he fell asleep, his black wings disappearing.
