two spirits brought out a table and shizuka layer a map on top of it. "There is only one way to stop wolfgen from taking over Alucard. The three of us must climb the mountain at the edge of the garden. Once we get to the top, we have to go into the cave at the top and fight to the death with wolfgen. Although we may have an advantage. Wolfgen has been around for thousands of years, so he's probably aging and one foot in the grave. Killing him in his old body should be easy."

"No... im not killing anymore... you two go ahead"

"You aren't the one that has to kill him. Alucard is. We have a theory that if you're with him he'll be able to try harder if he's possessed again. And shizukas going to lead him to the cave and Maria and I must leave for a meeting of the heads of the family. Thomas will also be accompanying us. So if someone attacks the castle you might be alone."

She sighed "alright... I'll do whatever."

Alucard hugged his wife. "Thanks glothl. Hopefully this won't take long and I' ll be back to normal before we know it."

She smiled and hugged her husband back. "Alright"

Shizuka closed the map and put it away. "We leave tomorrow. Unfortunately, alucard, you are to be placed under surveillance." Suddenly, chains grabbed Alucard by both arms and legs. His mother snapped her fingers and he suddenly found himself in a room by himself. It was a small room, only big enough to hold him. The front of it was bars that allowed him to look out into a hallway.

"Im going to go to my room... or do you need me to do something?"

"No, that'll be all. If you wish to see Alucard he's in a cage in the beastiary."

"Thank you" she goes to see alucard and her eyes are glowing red. "Hello alucard"

"Hey. Could you tell me exactly where are we?"

"The bestiary"

"Well, at least I'm not too far from the bedroom. Sorry I can't join you tonight. And is there something wrong with your eyes?"

"no.. let me just say this... Glothelia is more than just a human. goodbye." she starts making her way out and to the bedroom.

"Wait! Glothelia! When did I call you just a human?! Come back!"

she just laughed and continued walking. "I'll see you some time soon"

"What's going on with her? Darn, if only I could get out of these chains. These chains are obviously mother's work."

she goes into the bedroom and lays on the bed

Struggling with the chains proved only proved to waste his energy, so Alucard sat listening to the familiar sounds. He could hear hielo at the end of the hall gnawing at the leftover food he had from this morning.
