Finally he found a police car parked in front of a Krispy Kreme.
"Well that's stereotypical..." he murmured and then went in and quickly located the police officer.
"You just let me talk, okay?" he said to Rin.

The police and their donuts.. she thought.Rin followed Elemeno inside, seeing he was still holding her hand.Once they found the officer in the building, she looked at Elemeno."Okay.." she agreed.

"Excuse me! Officer!" El ran up to the man, "W-we need help!" he exclaimed and have a quick explanation to him about how they had been captured and illegally experimented on.

Rin remained silent, just as Elemeno directed her to.Figuring it was for the best, seeing she might push their luck.

After his explanation, the cop stood and led them to his squad car then took the two to the police station where they were put into an interrogation room.

She was quiet the entire explanation, and she was quiet on the ride to the police station.Atleast she wasent blabbing her mouth.All this was new to her.She'd never been under interrogation

El put his arm comfortingly around her shoulder.

Feeling his arm around her shoulder, she quietly looked at him.

After some time, a police officer walked in and sat down across from them. "So, would you mind telling me what happened?"

Rin looked across the table at the man.She stayed silent, still doing what Elemeno requested.Staying quiet.

Elemeno explained the whole situation once more and the "officer" took notes.
"Thank you for your cooperation. We're goin to have to ask you to spend the night here though, to keep you both safe."
"Of course, officer," El smiled and then lightly squeezed Rin's hand.

Rin looked at the 'officer'. To spend the night huh.. she thought.Great.She looked down at her hand, that elemeno was holding, feeling him lightly squeeze it.Still silent.She looked at Elemeno.

The silver-eyed boy smiled reassuringly at her and then looked back at the man, "So... Where will we be sleeping then?"

"I will escort you" he said, standing up.Rin looked at the man, she stood up, waiting for Elemeno.Though she hadent released his hand, just like he hadnt released hers.

El stood up with Rin and the officer led them out of the interrogation room and into the captain's office. He gave them two blankets and then closed and locked the door.
El still hadn't released her hand and he smiled softly at Rin. "Let's get some sleep," he said and sat down on the sofa, pulling her down next to him, and he laid the blankets over their laps.
"Good night."

Rin followed behind him out of the interrogation room, and into the office.She looked at Elemeno and smiled a little, then nodded slightly.The silent okay.She followed him to the sofa, and sat down beside him.After they had blankets covering their laps she looked hack at it, "good night.." she said.

He wrapped his arm around her shoulder and leaned back, quickly falling asleep.

She rested the side of her head against him, sorta, and eventually fell asleep herself.

El slept soundly next to Rin throughout the night, and when morning came, he stretched and blinked himself awake then looked down at Rin to see if he could safely move without waking her.

Come morning, she was still in the same position she was when she fell asleep.The side of her her head resting against him.
