El ran as fast as he could for about 15 minutes before finally stopping to catch his breath, fortunately near a river. A Jenny done to drink then looked aroun for Rin.

Rin followed right behind him.Running nonstop for that full 15 minutes, it still kept up.She looked at the river, before taking a drink.She looked at him once she was done."Seems their after us...I wonder how many there are."

"Maybe it was just a hunter. They can't possibly know what we look like as normal wolves unless you changed in front of them," he said and drank again, "Maybe... Maybe it was just a hunter? He only called me a stupid wolf... And he wasn't dressed like anyone at that facility."

"Maybe your right," she confessed. She looked down and thought about it."I thought hunters carried guns, not darts.." she said.She drank another drink from the river.

"Maybe he was trying to get exotic pets for some rich jerk?" he suggested, "Come on, let's wash our scent in the river then follow it downstream a little ways, then go to shore and start moving upstream."

There was a lot of possibilities of why that man was there, why she shot a dart, and all.But neither could find out the reason in exact.She looked at him and said "alright" she said.It sounded like a good plan.

He went into the river and crossed to the other side, but stayed in the water and started trotting down stream. "I hope we find a town soon..."

She followed right behind him."It would be nice if their was" she said following him in the water.

He nodded, "These people couldn't be too far... There should be one at least a day away..." he sighed.
He followed the river for about half an hour the stepped out of the water and shook himself dry. He drank some more water then started going back upstream on the shore.
"So... Do you age like normal humans? Or are you like me, you take longer to age?"

She still hoped so.She followed behind him for what had felt like a half hour, then followed him out of the water, shaking the water off.She didn't take a drink this time, but followed him up the shore."I think I take longer.." she answered.

"Well, how old are you actually? You look 15 or 16," he mused, "For my species, every ten years is one year of aging. So we stay babies for a long time."

She told him.(I don't know how old she actually would be, so, mystery)

"Oh... Wow, okay," he nodded. They followed the river for about two hours, and at this poit, the sun was still rising to it's highest point, "Which direction should we go?" he asked her, "We can cross the river again, or we could keep going straight or we could go off to the right somewhere."

She was younger than him even then, but still.She followed him, Following the river."How abut we try taking a right." She said.

(Well its less weird with a younger girl )

He nodded and turned, walking away from the river, his ears pricked forwards and nose to the ground.

After a long time of walking in that direction, they finally stumbled upon a town.

"Come on, human forms," he urged and underwent his 30 second transformation before walking into the town. It was small and quaint, with moderately paved roads and some cars parked on the sides, "Let's just go into a restaurant," he suggested and led her into a pizza place.
"Alright, my house is about five hours from here," he said as he looked on a map, "By car. Maybe three hours if I'm in my bigger form," he whispered.

She changed into her human form, she flattened her wolf ears and they blended in with her hair.Can't really waltz into town with wolf ears, you'd get the whole population looking at you.She followed him down the road, and nodded an okay to his suggestion.Once they walked into the pizza place, and were looking at a map."Would you prefer taking your biggest form idea, or a car?" She whispered the question.

My form is probably faster since we don't have to follow roads and there isn't gonna be traffic," he said thoughtfully, "But this area is bound to be a little more populated."

She sighed, and thought over this.His bigger form still sounded better to her, but since the population was more here, she didn't think he wanted his name in the news paper labeled werewolf found in town.Or were wolfs exist.
