where am I....

After maybe an hour of telling fortunes with her cards, satisfied with the coin she brought in, she put her things away and stood from the table. Stretching a bit, she secured everything and made her way over to the innkeep.

"Deals a deal, I brought in people to your tavern and kept them entertained. You owe me a room." She was blunt about it to say the least. The innkeep nodded his head, perhaps a little reluctantly, before he handed her a key.

Eevi grinned and quickly turned for the hall, careful to make sure no one followed her. A bard knows to take care, because she had just made quite a bit of coin. Once to her room, she slipped inside and locked the door.

right next door a man wrapped a wire around arthurs throat and started slightly tugging.
gasping for breath arthur woke up tugging at the wire himself.
"what...the*gasp*..are you..d-d-d-doing?"

*About an hour before the sun rises* (if you have stuff to finish up in the night, make sure to inform it is during the night, and finish it in one post)
Kier got up out of his bed and getting chnaged he carefully shaved his face and took care of other hygienic things. Once that was done he got into his usual travelling clothes and headed down stairs for one last breakfast in civilisation before he took off. Unlike the robustness of the previous night, the lobby room was very quite and only a few people were down there. Ordering a decent meal he sat down directly where the bard had been last night, and waited for his food.

this man looks like he can handle a fight...
Gray walked up to the Kier.
"hello I know we have just met but I was just wanting to compliment on your masculine stature"

*Still during the night*
The Innkeeper looked at Votlyan, giving him a mean looking squint as he surveyed the covered face. Votlyan's visor was little more than a few thin horizontal lines. "Upstairs, fifth room on the right. Enjoy yer stay." Votlyan headed up the stairs, whilst making a gesture for the innkeeper to keep the change. He crept along the corridor, until at last finding his room. Votlyan made a small sigh, that vibrated his neck. He knew he would not sleep tonight, but at least he could reflect on his past. He spent his night in the room meditating, remembering a time before his body became it's present shape.

Eevi woke slowly, as the sun may have started up. She could have slept far longer, but doing so would put her behind on her wandering, and she might end up in an unsavory place when night fell. She groomed herself the usual way, washing herself, putting a thin layer of oil on her hair to make it shine, and adding the scent of vanilla to her skin.

She knew she was pretty, and she wasn't afraid to show it off. It actually worked in her favor most times. Gathering her unpacked things, she made her way into the common room, and saw the innkeeper.

"I best be guessin' ye wantin' yer food I promised ye too, eh?" he said, slightly off-puttingly.

"Of course," she said, tapping the countertop.

She glanced around as he told a barmaid to bring out more food. Eevi spotted Kier from the previous night, another man approaching him. She wandered closer, listening in. Hearing the man's words, she snickered.

"My, it sounds like you have an admirer..." she joked. "Careful, I hear the folk around here don't take too well to... well, you know."

She sat just a table over, and watched the two with interest, propping her arm up and resting her chin on it.

with a look of disgust he turned back to Keir.
"no..actully I was wanting to see if you where into mercenary work?"

(Kier isn't very buff)
Kier thought it was odd that someone was complementing his masculine stature, specially since his elvish heritage made his muscles more compact and so he didn't look any more strong than most men of higher class in human society. The question after that he however could see being more likely than the compliment, "possibly, what sort of mercenary work would this be?" He asked the person he genuinely took up small jobs and other things such as taking care of a particular monster, or temperarlay guarding a caravan.

with the flip of finger a card with a faded symbol appeared in his fingers.
"see....I make deals..deals others would not really like other than travelers...I called it mercenary work because...in some states it is,others call what I do "magic" hehe but really I believe that it is just the sun and the moon admiring what I can do..you can grant a "wish" and I will give that to you what ever you want but in return some time in the future I will ask you to do something for me"

Eevi rolled her eyes as the other man talked. She was clearly not impressed. "Careful now. A man is more likely to sell his soul to someone with more of a silver tongue." She did run his fortune through her mind and perhaps the deeper meaning of it though. "You know, being so ominous isn't really... Oh! Good! That was quick!" Eevi had started to speak to the newcomer, but had turned to the barmaid that had brought her food. She apparently found the food more interesting than the conversation at hand.

Micheal smiled rarely but this was one of those times.
"hello, Eevi how was your visit was it pleasant..I heard you had the room right next to my..Friends" he sniffed. "but as for my silver tongue thank you for your input" his eyes changed to a blood red. "but..I can handle this on my own" his face turned into a cloud of shapes but changed back before keir noticed but the girl did...

"Before any deal is commenced you clearly are not human, not only does the wish scream either mage ir some other super powerful being, which is intresting since you say you don't do magic. I also have three different things inside of me that are screaming danger," Kier stated inquiring to Ormisund (the shadow spirit) about what the person was.

the archer herd them talking about mercenerys "you looking for a bounty?"

facing the archer Micheal smiled.
"have you ever wanted a wish something in your wildest dreams?"

"no not a lot why what is the job order?"

Eevi blinked, but it didn't seem to phase her too much. The think about knowing gypsies, is that you know all sorts of tricks, whether they be magic or not. So nothing ever really surprised her, and she was always skeptical about anything anyone else did.

The fact that he knew her name did not bother her, as everyone in the tavern might have known her name if they had been there when she first arrived, unlike Kier. As for what room she was in, well that might be a simple reason of logic.

In her mind, she wasn't intimidated by the man at all, even if she should be. So once again, she returned to her food.

he turned back to the girl..
"I see that." he looks deeper into her eyes."you enjoy a compliment or two..and your a how dose your mind put it a "sucker" for a handsome man?"

Ormisund returned with a simple answer, Kier stated out loud warning the archer in a way, "demon, one of the more cunning and less brute types, but demon all the same."

Eevi was getting irked now. This guy was pushing it. "I am NOT a sucker for handsome men," she scoffed, pushing her bowl of food away. Well, maybe she just flat out lied, but mostly she was lying to herself. She wanted that special someone, but she was looking in all the wrong places. She just didn't understand that.

She did raise a brow at Kier's words.
